 Kim Lewis WHNP-BC: Kim joined Ideal Image in June 2008. Kim is a native of Atlanta, a true Georgia Peach. Her background includes working in Labor and Delivery and several years working in private practice in OB\GYN. She received her Bachelors from Georgia Baptist College of Nursing and her Masters degree in Women's Health from Emory University. Kim has been married to her wonderful husband for 12 years and they have two great children. She loves to hang out with friends and family, loves to sing and is very involved in her church.

 Thomas James Morrow, MD: Dr. Morrow has over 20 years experience as a managed care executive in a variety of positions. His wide experience includes more than a decade of clinical practice, executive regional oversight of quality management and utilization management services for a national healthplan, serving as an NCQA surveyor for more than a decade, design, implementation and maintenance of disease management programs for disease and conditions including: inflammatory arthritis, depression, several chronic pain syndromes, multiple sclerosis as well as the traditional common chronic diseases.
He is a sought-after speaker having completed hundreds of speaking engagements at national meetings on a variety of topics including: pharmacy management, medical management, disease management, specialty pharmacy and for the past 5 years the exciting fields of genomics and biotechnology.
Dr. Morrow now brings his broad experience to a wide range of clients in the healthcare industry. His most current endeavor is nearing completion: the implementation of disease management programs for a chronic disease treated with expensive biologic drugs at some of the leading specialty pharmacies in the US.
