 The Charlotte Ideal Image office, conveniently located in the 6000 Building on Fairview Rd. across from the South Park Mall, opened its doors to an excited public in February of 2005. Both of our providers bring a warm smile to work daily and treat their Guests with exceptional care.
 Laura Agerton, RN: A native of North Carolina, she received her Associates Degree in Nursing from Gardner Webb University in 1994. Laura is a licensed Registered Nurse in North Carolina. She has worked as a medical surgical nurse in Rehabilitation, Detox and Corrections. Laura came to Ideal Image in April 2007 and is very happy that with our company she gets the one on one experience with guests that she enjoys. Laura is married and has a son, Jonathan who left this past fall for his first year of college at UNC Chapel Hill. When she’s not working Laura enjoys traveling, exercising, cooking, shopping and playing with her new American Bulldog, Kramer.
 Megan Stritch PA-C: Megan is a graduate of Duquesne Univsersity where she earned her B.S. in Health Sciences in May of 2008 and her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies in August of 2009. She is happy to be back in her native city of Charlotte and joined Ideal Image in December 2009. Her areas of interest include Women's Health and Dermatology. She likes spending time with each of her guests and seeing them gain self confidence as they go through the treatment process. In her free time she enjoys running, swimming, traveling and cooking.

Our Guest Services staff takes great pride in assuring each Guest will have the "Ideal Experience."
 Kristine Kaminer: Kristine grew up in Monroe which is just east of Charlotte. She attended UNC Charlotte and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. During her time at UNCC she enjoyed cheering on the all girls cheerleading squad. After school she spent several years working in the mortgage industry before coming to join the Ideal Image family in 2007. Kristine enjoys meeting each guest that walks in our door and providing superior customer service. In her free time she enjoys traveling and bikram yoga.
 Amanda Shinn: Amanda joined the Ideal Image team in August 2007, bringing with her many years of sales and marketing experience. She is a native of Charlotte and graduated from Western Carolina University in 2003, where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. It is her goal to provide the knowledge and enthusiasm that allows each person to have an excellent experience! She truly believes that it can change people’s lives forever. She loves working with the Charlotte team and said that she couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to be. In Amanda’s spare time she enjoys traveling abroad, shopping and spending time with family and friends.
 Kate Dunnington: Kate was born and raised in Bradenton, Florida. She recently moved to our charlotte location from our Wellington, Florida center in February, 2010. She attended the University of Marshall where she worked towards her degree along with being apart of the women’s soccer program. She transferred back to Sunny Florida where she finished her Marketing degree at the University of South Florida in 2006. With extensive industry experience Kate came to ideal image to participate in the high standards of professionalism, unparalleled technology, and the overall guest experience that Ideal Image is able to provide. In her spare time Kate enjoys spending time with family and friends, shopping, boating and being outdoors.

Robyn Owen: Robyn recently moved to Charlotte from Columbus, Ohio where she was born and raised. She went to Thee Ohio State University where she studied English and creative writing. Several years after college she moved to Las Vegas, NV where she started with Ideal Image back in 2005. Ideal Image has not only changed her life by creating the perfect career, but she’s a hair removal success story as well. Her goal is to create a warm, friendly environment for every guest and to make them feel comfortable in knowing that they are not alone. In her free time Robyn enjoys hiking, traveling anywhere off the beaten path, competitively running and going back home to Ohio for any Buckeye game.
 Chyncia Brown: Chyncia comes to us a native from Washington D.C. where she worked as a manager in a local medical spa. Prior to that she went to Prince Georges College where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Business. Chyncia joined the Ideal Image team in 2008 when she and her fiancé moved to Charlotte last year. They are very excited to be a part of such an amazing city and the Ideal Image team. She enjoys speaking with every guest and loves to share her personal experience about laser hair removal. Chyncia recently married her fiancé of five years, Mick and is expecting her first baby this summer.
