 Ideal Image of West Hartford opened its doors in January 2006 and is pleased to serve the Northeast region. This state of the art laser hair removal center is conveniently located just minutes off routes I-84 and I-91. It offers convenient hours of operation, Monday through Friday 9AM to 6PM, Tuesday and Thursday 9AM to 8PM and Saturday hours from 9AM to 3PM. Ideal Image is committed to giving back to the community with sponsorships like Susan B. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, and participation in area events, school functions, business forums, local and regional chambers of commerce and charitable events. |

 Claudia R. Coplein, DO, MPH, MBA: Dr. Coplein has over 15 years experience as a physician executive in a variety of positions. A former US Air Force officer and flight surgeon, she has spent the past ten years in corporate medical leadership positions in the nuclear, aviation, and fire & security industries. She is board certified in Occupational Medicine by the American Board of Preventive Medicine, and is a Fellow of the American College of Occupational & Environmental Medicine as well as a Certified Physician Executive. Dr. Coplein’s interests are in aesthetic medicine, environmental health, and disease prevention. Dr. Coplein is proud to be a part of Ideal Image’s objective of changing lives forever!

 Kimberly Allevo: Kimberly comes to Ideal Image bringing with her 15 years of experience in retail sales management specializing in cosmetics and treatment. Kimberly’s goal as Center Director is to make each and every one of the guests that visit Ideal Image Connecticut receives the "Ideal Experience". |

 Astri Sherman: Astri joined Ideal Image in February 2007, bringing with her many years of exemplary customer service expertise. Her goal is to make each and every guest feel comfortable in our West Hartford Center. Astri, a native of Norway, prides herself in being able to celebrate cultural diversity and to assist in making the best treatment decisions for each of her guests.
 Pamela Stone: Pam has been with Ideal Image since June 2006. She received her Bachelors Degree in Physical Education and a Masters Degree in Counseling at CCSU. Pam has had experience in promoting several health and wellbeing programs throughout her career. Her top priority is communication with our internet guests as well as offering a warm welcome to all our Ideal Image guests that visit the Center.
 Gina Cafarelli: Gina joined the Ideal Image team in March 2007. Gina has extensive experience in image consulting through cosmetic artistry. Gina is available to assist with any scheduling needs, as well as to provide support to the Ideal Image CT team. She is here to provide the world class service that Ideal Image has become known for, and to offer every guest an exceptional experience!

 Michelle Matura PA-C, MHS: Michelle joined the ideal team ideal team in December 2006. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Eastern Connecticut State University in 2003. Prior to attending graduate school she worked as a medical/surgical assistant and office manager in the fields of Podiatry and Internal Medicine. In 2006, Michelle graduated from the Quinnipiac University Physician Assistant program with her Masters in Health Science. Michelle offers each guest a first-rate treatment experience.
 Jennifer Ghidini, APRN: Jennifer joined the Ideal team in June 2006. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Central Connecticut State University in 1999. She continued her education in an accelerated nursing program at Salisbury University in Maryland. She received her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing in 2000 and her Master’s of Science in Nursing in 2004. Since graduating, Jennifer has worked at Yale New Haven Hospital in a variety of roles.

From I-91 take the exit for I-84 west.
Coming from Hartford on I-84 take Exit #41 and make a right turn onto Main Street. Travel approximately 3.4 miles.
Coming from Waterbury on I-84 take Exit #41 and make a left turn onto Main Street. Travel approximately 3.4 miles.
You will drive through West Hartford Center, then past the American School for the Deaf. Proceed to the Marshall’s and Blockbuster shopping plaza on the left. (Across the street from Walgreens and Whole Foods Market).
We are located in the red brick office building adjacent to the Sylvan Learning Center. Enter the building through the double glass doors under the GNC sign and take the elevator to the second floor. Our Center is located just to the left as you step off the elevator.
