 Heather Langston, MSN, ARNP-C: Heather grew up in Lake City, FL and has been a Florida resident for most of her life. She attended Florida State University (Go Noles!) for her undergraduate Nursing degree, and the University of Florida, where she received her Master’s of Science in Nursing. She is Board Certified as a Nurse Practitioner in Family Practice. Heather has been in the Ideal Image family since 2006, starting in the Jacksonville, FL center, and then moving to the Gainesville location. Outside of work Heather enjoys reading, crafting, and spending time with friends and family.

 Donna Birkle: Donna Birkle comes to us with 11 years Sales Experience in the Car Industry including 4 years Management as well as 2 years BDC development. Donna grew up in Jacksonville Florida and graduated from North Jacksonville Christian Academy. She Graduated Moore Mickens Education center in Dade City Florida as a Licensed Practical Nurse in 1991. She also attended Finance Management School in Orlando Florida with JM&A. Donna loves spending time with her 2 children and love Girls Fast pitch Softball as well as Baseball and enjoys volunteering with the American Cancer Society.
 Kim Borkhataria: Kim was born in London and is thrilled to be working at Ideal Image in Gainesville. She's been living in sunny Florida since she was 5, starting at Miami, then to Orlando, and now in Ocala. Kim is currently in school as a full time student and studying Health Information Management. So far she loves it! She has a 3 year old... DOG and loves him to pieces. :) His name is Buddy and is a Yorkie that always wants to play and would make a perfect match for the energizer bunny! Kim loves SUSHI, but her favorite place to eat is Chipotle Mexican Grill could easily eat there for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Allison Lavin: Allison was born in Miami Florida but moved to the Gainesville area with her family when she was in middle school. She then went on to attend College in Tallahassee at The Florida State University. Kim graduated Florida State University cum laude with a bachelors in Business Management and Bachelors in Human Resource Management. She has been with Ideal Image since Summer of 2007. Kim loves traveling and spending time with friends and family.
