Garrett Gause, MD: We are fortunate to have Garrett Gause, MD as Medical Director of our Tampa Bay locations. Dr. Gause also serves full time for Ideal Image Development Corporation as their company wide Director of Medical Affairs. Dr. Gause is a graduate of Gordon College in Massachusetts and received his Medical Degree from the University of South Florida College of Medicine. He is a member of the American Society for Lasers in Medicine and Surgery and is certified in Age Management Medicine. Dr. Gause has been recognized as a Quality Care Physician.

Dawn Crowe, MS, ARNP-C: Originally from South Carolina, Dawn moved to Florida in 2000 after obtaining her Bachelor's degree from Clemson University. She worked as a nurse in hemodialysis and emergency medicine while working towards her Master's degree at the University of South Florida. She graduated with her Master's and became a nurse practitioner in 2007. Her greatest accomplishment to date is being a mom. She is excited about working at Ideal Image because she loves helping people feel good about themselves.

Cathy Pank, MS, ARNP-C: Cathy obtained her BS degree in Nursing from the University of Florida in 1990 and became a nurse officer in the Air Force. As a registered nurse, she specialized mainly in women's health. In 2006, she graduated from the University of South Florida's Family Nurse Practitioner and Nursing Education Masters' programs. For almost three years, she practiced as a dermatology nurse practitioner providing patients with medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology care. She joined the Ideal Image team in March 2009.

Melissa Steven, ARNP-BC: Melissa attended Florida State University majoring in chemistry before obtaining her Associates Degree in Nursing from Polk State College. She continued her education at the University of South Florida obtaining her Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Nursing. She worked as a RN in pediatric and adult emergency room settings, then as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in private practice. In her spare time she likes to spend time with her husband and daughter at Disney or with a good book.
