 Alana Williams, MD: Dr. Alana Williams is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She graduated from medical school at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2002. She finished her residency at the University of New Mexico in 2006. She currently practices with Women’s Specialists of New Mexico, as well as serving as the Medical Director for Ideal Image Albuquerque.
She is the proud mother of three little girls, the youngest two being a set of twins. She enjoys running, snow skiing, hiking, biking and cooking.

 Kristin Gilmore, RN: Kristin has been a treatment provider at Ideal Image since July 2007. Prior to joining the Albuquerque team, she worked as an R.N. in both postpartum and orthopedic units. She graduated from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelor of Science in 2003. She enjoys traveling, being outdoors and spending time with her husband and young son, Logan.
 Jami McCardell, RN: Jami is a transplant to New Mexico, joining the Albuquerque Ideal Image office in summer of 2009. Her witty demeanor made her an instant fit into our team. She graduated from nursing school in Minnesota, while living in Fargo, ND. She is a newlywed and spends her free time with her husband and two teenagers, hiking, going to movies and playing games.
April Hall, RN: April is a native to New Mexican, and has been a treatment provider with the Albuquerque team since April of 2009. Her sweet smile and baking skills put guests and co-workers immediately at ease. She has been an R.N. since 2006 and when she is not working, you can find April baking, out riding her four-wheel ATV or with her family.

 Andrea Wiemann, Lead Consultant: Andrea comes to Ideal Image with an extensive bac kground in sales, customer service and management. She is originally from Santa Barbara, California and joined the Albuquerque team in January of 2010. She takes pride in providing superior service to every guest and works to satisfy guests on an individual basis. In her free time Andrea enjoys staying active in the outdoor splendor of New Mexico in addition to designing jewelry, travel and time with family.
 Colleen Trout, Guest Services: Colleen is the smiling face welcoming every guest when they come into our center. She is uniquely qualified at customer service with 25 years experience assisting New Mexicans with their unemployment claims. She is still happy assisting them with what they need - it’s just now focused on laser hair removal. Her favorite thing about Ideal Image is when the guest walks through the door with a huge smile on their face, because we are changing people’s lives! Even though she wears scrubs to work now, you can see her sense of style that was likely fostered with her three years working with Dillard’s. When she is not at work, she is likely decorating her house, talking a long walk in the beautiful Albuquerque weather or shopping.
 Kimberly Shay, Call Center Manager: Kimberly brings 15 years of hospitality and customer service to Ideal Image from her background in resort hotels. She has been with Ideal Image since July of 2008 and loved trading her wool suits and high heels for scrubs – and loves making a difference in people’s lives! She is almost a native New Mexican, having lived in Albuquerque for over 25 years. Kimberly graduated from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelor’s in Art Studio in 1997 and has participated in many community art projects in the City. When she is not at work, she is collecting wine, painting or attending live music events.

We are located on the west side of Albuquerque in the Cottonwood Corners Shopping Center, just a few stoplights north of Cottonwood Mall. We are situated between Borders Bookstore and Pei Wei Restaurant on Coors Bypass, immediately north of the Ellison stoplight.
