It is hard to believe that it has been just over a year since we opened our Asheville, North Carolina Ideal Image center. Since our opening we have had thousands of people from all walks of life reach out to our center telling us their personal experiences with unwanted hair and how it has impacted their lives. Everyone's story is different and for some it is easier to tell than others. We pride ourselves on creating an environment where all are welcome and can feel comfortable speaking openly about their struggles with hair.

No matter the person or the story, every guest that has the chance to experience being hair free leaves our center with a greater sense of self confidence and self-esteem. We could not be more pleased to be able to offer a permanent solution to unwanted hair. There is nothing more gratifying than seeing how our services positively change people's lives forever.

In 1999, she became the medical director of the Henderson County Department of Public Health and continues to practice and teach in that setting. Additionally, she completed a fellowship in Faculty Development at the University Of North Carolina School Of Medicine, and obtained a certificate in Community Preparedness and Disaster Management. Her husband, Gary Curran, is also a family physician in private practice in Asheville. They enjoy living in the mountains where they can do their favorite activities, including hiking, biking, running, white water rafting, photography, spotting wildflowers, and teaching their children about the natural world.

Christina Wolfe: Ideal Image of Asheville is proud to announce their new Regional Director, Christina Wolfe. Christina started as Asheville's Lead Consultant and has moved up to the Regional Manager position through her hard work, leadership, and undeniable passion for helping guests achieve their goals.

Christina comes to us from the Charlotte area where she went to school receiving a degree in Business Administration. She has worked as a consultant for the last 8 years and truly enjoys working with people and helping them find the best solutions to meet their needs. Christina enjoys traveling, arts and crafts, and interior design.

"Guests come to us seeking a solution, which we provide with our top notch Nurse Practitioners and Physicians Assistants, and you can just see the improvement in their self-image. Deonna Faucette, PAC: Hello. I am Deonna Faucette. I am a treatment provider in Greensboro NC. I have had the pleasure of working with this fine group of ladies for the past three years. I love my guests and seeing them happy with their results. I have worked in the medical field most of my adult life in some form or fashion. Nursing for 7 years then decided to go to PA school. I graduated from ECU (East Carolina University) in 2002 then to Duke for my Masters in Health Science.

I have been in the Dermatology world for 5 years and performing laser treatment for approximately the same amount of time. I have seen a lot of changes in my short time and look forward to the future with the exciting new technology that is ahead.

Megan Duncan, PA: Megan has been practicing medicine as a Physician Assistant since 2004. She completed her undergraduate degree at The Ohio State University and obtained her MS degree at Marietta College in Ohio. She enjoys spending time at the beach and local parks with her husband and two children. Megan is very proud to be a part of the Ideal Image family.

Robyn Meglin, RN: Robyn holds licenses in both Georgia and North Carolina. She attended nursing school in Savannah Georgia where she graduated with honors. She is a national award of distinction winner. As a nurse, Robyn has seen and done it all. She is very enthusiastic about working with Ideal Image. She loves helping people feel great about themselves. " Guests come in happy and leave even happier. What could be better? I love this job."

Kathy Ballard, FNP: Kathy is a family nurse practitioner and a native of Asheville. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Western Carolina University, and her nurse practitioner training at MAHEC here in Asheville. Kathy has spent the majority of her career in the specialty of allergy and asthma, but also has experience in cardiac surgery and rehabilitation. In her free time, Kathy enjoys baking, horseback riding, gardening and traveling. Kathy resides in Weaverville with her husband, Paul, and their two teenage daughters.

Meg Adams, Lead Guest Consultant: Meg is a Raleigh, North Carolina native that moved to Asheville to attend college at Western Carolina University. She has an extensive background in sales, marketing and public relations, with a Master's Degree in Business Administration. She has a commendable reputation for her task management skills, attention to detail and creative energy.

Prior to beginning her employment as Lead Consultant with Ideal Image, Meg served as an Event Coordinator with EventPro Strategies, Inc. in Asheville, North Carolina where she was responsible for direct client relations and communication with top fortune 500 companies across the United States and Canada.

In her free time, Meg enjoys spending time with her friends and family, being outdoors, reading, listening to music and making jewelry. She is honored to be part of the Ideal Image team and greatly values the feeling of positively changing people's lives forever.

Paulina Mendez: Paulina grew up in Boone, North Carolina before moving to Asheville to attend the University of North Carolina at Asheville (UNCA). While at UNCA, Paulina majored in Political Science and minored in International Studies. She enjoys mountain activities like snowboarding and hiking, and eating at all of the delicious restaurants Asheville has to offer. Paulina is very excited about being a part of the Ideal Image team and looks forward to serving all of our guests!

Annie Hagen: Annie moved from Tennessee and loves living in Asheville because of the beautiful mountain views and all the great music. She loves cooking all kinds of different cuisine and spending quality time with her family. Annie also enjoys working at Ideal Image because she gets to interact with all of our wonderful guests on a daily basis. She is excited to be a part of the Ideal Image team!

Amy Nealey: Amy is a graduate from East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She is an avid lover of the arts. She enjoys fashion design, painting, music, concerts, and dancing during her free time. Having lived in Wilmington for 8 plus years, she feels blessed to call such a beautiful city home. She is thrilled to be part of such an amazing team that aids in transforming lives forever.
