Both of our providers bring a warm smile to work daily and treat their Guests with exceptional care.
 Kay Cox, MSN, APRN, BC: Kay is our Lead Treatment Provider and she joined Ideal Image in September 2005 and is our lead provider as well as a certified preceptor for Ideal Image. Kay graduated Magna Cum Laude from UNC-Greensboro with a BSN in 1999. She worked as a Registered Nurse for six years in orthopedics, while obtaining her Master’s Degree. She graduated from UNC-Charlotte with a MSN in 2005. Kay is currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina as well as a Board Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner. Kay has also served as a lecturer in the College of Health and Human Services at UNC-Charlotte. Kay is married and has two children, Jayde and Madison.
 Laura Agerton, RN: A native of North Carolina, she received her Associates Degree in Nursing from Gardner Webb University in 1994. Laura is a licensed Registered Nurse in North Carolina. She has worked as a medical surgical nurse in Rehabilitation, Detox and Corrections. Laura came to Ideal Image in April 2007 and is very happy that with our company she gets the one on one experience with guests that she enjoys. Laura is married and has a son, Jonathan who left this past fall for his first year of college at UNC Chapel Hill. When she’s not working Laura enjoys traveling, exercising, cooking, shopping and playing with her new American Bulldog, Kramer.

Our Guest Services staff takes great pride in assuring each Guest will have the "Ideal Experience."
 Kristine Kaminer: Kristine grew up in Monroe which is just east of Charlotte. She attended UNC Charlotte and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. During her time at UNCC she enjoyed cheering on the all girls cheerleading squad. After school she spent several years working in the mortgage industry before coming to join the Ideal Image family in 2007. Kristine enjoys meeting each guest that walks in our door and providing superior customer service. In her free time she enjoys traveling and bikram yoga.
 Amanda Shinn: Amanda joined the Ideal Image team in August 2007, bringing with her many years of sales and marketing experience. She is a native of Charlotte and graduated from Western Carolina University in 2003, where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. It is her goal to provide the knowledge and enthusiasm that allows each person to have an excellent experience! She truly believes that it can change people’s lives forever. She loves working with the Charlotte team and said that she couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to be. In Amanda’s spare time she enjoys traveling abroad, shopping and spending time with family and friends.

Robyn Owen: Robyn recently moved to Charlotte from Columbus, Ohio where she was born and raised. She went to Thee Ohio State University where she studied English and creative writing. Several years after college she moved to Las Vegas, NV where she started with Ideal Image back in 2005. Ideal Image has not only changed her life by creating the perfect career, but she’s a hair removal success story as well. Her goal is to create a warm, friendly environment for every guest and to make them feel comfortable in knowing that they are not alone. In her free time Robyn enjoys hiking, traveling anywhere off the beaten path, competitively running and going back home to Ohio for any Buckeye game.
 Chyncia Brown: Chyncia comes to us a native from Washington D.C. where she worked as a manager in a local medical spa. Prior to that she went to Prince Georges College where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Business. Chyncia joined the Ideal Image team in 2008 when she and her fiancé moved to Charlotte last year. They are very excited to be a part of such an amazing city and the Ideal Image team. She enjoys speaking with every guest and loves to share her personal experience about laser hair removal. Chyncia recently married her fiancé of five years, Mick and is expecting her first baby this summer.

 Darryl L. Landis, MD, MBA, CPE, FAAFP, FACPE: Darryl Landis has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare arena in both clinical and management roles. On behalf of Mustard Seed Ventures, Inc., he provides strategy consulting and seed capital for ventures involving health and productivity, health intelligence, and innovative health care delivery models for clients internationally. He has extensive experience in the creation and management of primary care and retail health clinics, design and integration of health and productivity management programs, and the development and implementation of health information technology. Recent clients include Watson Wyatt Worldwide, Pivotal Health, Ideal Image, ZyCare, HPM Advisors, and CorSolutions.
Darryl was formerly Chief Medical Officer and Senior Vice President/Health Intelligence of CorSolutions, prior to its acquisition by Matria. He has held several key executive roles with United Healthcare of North Carolina and Ingenix, both divisions of UnitedHealth Group. Prior to this, Dr. Landis played an integral management role with Aegis Family Health Centers, Inc, an affiliate of Bowman Gray/Baptist Hospital Medical Center, Winston-Salem, North Carolina, where he also practiced family medicine. Dr. Landis was the Founder and President of Preston Health Partners PHO and a member of the Board of Trustees of the West Virginia Medical Institute.
Darryl has published and presented extensively on managed care and health and productivity topics. He is a member of the Medical Alumni Advisory Council and the Campaign Cabinet for the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and serves on the Board of Directors for the American College of Physician Executives. He also currently holds an appointment as Adjunct Associate Professor in the Department of Public Health Sciences at the Wake Forest University School of Medicine.
Darryl graduated magna cum laude with departmental honors from Millersville University in Pennsylvania and from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. He completed a Family Practice residency at Lancaster General Hospital and subsequently was a Fuqua Scholar at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. He is a Diplomate with both the American College of Physician Executives and the American Board of Family Medicine, as well as a Fellow with the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American College of Physician Executives.
