Once you arrive at our clinic, you’ll be greeted at the front desk and then you will meet with our consultant who will explain the laser hair removal process to you and show you around the clinic.  Our Winston-Salem location opened in August 2005 and is located just off of business 40 on S. Stratford road in Stratford Place shopping plaza. This state of the art laser hair removal center is unlike any other in the area. Because we are centrally located you can easily find us whether you are coming to see us from home or work. Ideal Image of Winston-Salem is proud to be a new member of the community and we look forward to participating in many community events, school functions, business forums and charity events. |

 Katrina Romblad PA-C, MMS: Katrina joined the North Carolina Ideal Image team in February 2006. After graduating from UNC-Chapel Hill with a B.S. in Biology, she then completed her Masters of Medical Science and Physician Assistant Studies degree from the Wake Forest University School of Medicine. She loves working with the staff and guests and feels privileged to be able to serve as preceptor to help educate and train new providers for our clinics. Katrina’s medical background includes work in Family Medicine, Pediatrics, and Urgent Care Medicine. She also continues to work with PA students from the Wake Forest PA Program on a regular basis.
 Julie Bain, PA-C: Julie joined the Winston-Salem team as a treatment provider in the fall of 2007. Julie worked as a radiology technician for 5 years prior to attending Mountain State University in Beckley, West Virginia where she completed her Bachelor of Science Degree in Physician Assistant Studies. Julie’s background includes work in Family Medicine, Orthopedic Surgery, and Urgent Care Medicine.
 Gina Coggins RN, BSN: Gina joined Ideal Image of Winston in September of 2009 as a treatment provider. She graduated from UNC Charlotte with her Bachelors of Science and Nursing. Gina has worked as registered nurse in the operating rooms of Baptist Medical Center and Lexington Memorial Hospital for 8 years. Gina enjoys her hours and training at the hospital but is pleased to come to Ideal Image as a treatment provider. It gives her a different aspect of nursing. Gina enjoys the treatments, guests, hours, and co-workers. On the side, Gina enjoys her two kids, dog, and cat. She has also found the time to obtain her General Contractors License for the State of North Carolina.
 Holly O'Grady PA-C: Holly attended Pfeiffer University in Misenheimer North Carolina for her undergraduate education. She then went on to the Physician Assistant Program at Jefferson College of Health Sciences in Roanoke Virginia, where she graduated in August 2009. She joined the Ideal Image team in early February 2010. She is involved in a craft club and the Rowan Regional Rollers bowling league every Friday night. She enjoys relaxing in the evenings with her 2 cats and beagle.
 Christina Grosshans, PA-C, MPAS: Christina Grosshans joined the Ideal Image team in July 2010 as a treatment provider. She graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center Master's Physician Assistant program in 1999. Prior to her family relocating to North Carolina, she had enjoyed practicing in Orthopedic Surgery in St. Louis, Missouri for seven years. Her medical background also includes Neurosurgery and Rheumatology. Christina also had the honor of participating on the Missouri Advisory Commission for the Physician Assistants for the State Board of Healing Arts from 2007-2009. She finds it extremely rewarding to participate in such an established aesthetic services facility as well as to work with such dynamic guests and co-workers. Both she and her family are extremely happy to call Winston Salem their new home.

 Krissy Woodall: Krissy has been a part of the Winston Salem Ideal Image team since it’s opening in August 2005. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree and graduated from East Carolina University in 2001. She comes to Ideal Image with a background in sales management, marketing and customer service. Krissy enjoys meeting with every guest and sharing her personal experiences about laser hair removal with them. She takes pride in following each guest through their treatments and ensuring an “Ideal” experience for them. She is so thankful to work with such an exceptional team in Winston Salem and the wonderful guests who have treatment there. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering in the community, shopping, watching movies, and spending time with her husband, family and 2 dogs.
