 Guest Services Consultant
Guest Services Consultant (5 – 7 years of consultative sales experience)
Serve as lead Guest Services Consultant to persuade Guests to purchase laser treatment services in concert with the Ideal Engagement sales process; and in accordance with established sales goals. Foster and nurture positive relationships with Guests. Ensure all procedures, practices, Guest interactions, and environmental factors unequivocally promote and achieve a favorable Guest experience. Teach and coach other Associates the Ideal Engagement sales model. Work closely with Clinic Director to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Laser Treatment Provider
Laser Treatment Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant)
Performs laser treatment as an elective aesthetic procedure in accordance with established treatment protocols, scope of practice, organizational policies & procedures, and all other governing standards. Provides Guest care in conjunction with laser treatment.
Clinic Director
Clinic Director (5+ years of consultative sales experience. Service industry or personal care services preferred)
Direct the operation of laser treatment clinic(s). Exercise leadership and manage organizational systems to ensure sales goals and performance objectives are achieved. Oversee the delivery of laser treatment services to ensure favorable Guest experience. Foster an environment that develops positive and effective working relationships with Associates.
Medical Director
Medical Director (Physician must be an M.D. or D.O. licensed and living in the jurisdiction where franchise office is located)
Responsible for clinical supervision of all treatment providers at all clinic locations within the cluster. Be readily available by phone at all times Ideal Image office is open, and will serve as the primary resource for all medical questions of staff.
