 Our Henderson office is located in the Pebble Market Place just north of I-215 and Green Valley Parkway. This location was one of two locations that opened in the Las Vegas area in August of 2005. Our facility is in the heart of Green Valley and is neighbored by the Green Valley Ranch Hotel and Casino and the District Shopping Center. |

 Dr. "Flip" Homansky: As a Boarded Internist from Tulane University Medical School, Dr. Homansky came to Las Vegas almost 30 years ago for opportunities both in medicine, and sports. He received his second Board Certification in Emergency Medicine and continued to practice at the Valley Health System Hospitals in Las Vegas. Dr. Homansky was the Chief of Staff at Valley Hospital for 7 years, and is currently serving as the Chief Medical Officer.
Dr. Homansky’s love of sports helped bring AAA baseball to the valley with the Las Vegas Stars in 1982. He functioned as the team physician for 10 years, as well as a member of the Board. Dr. Homansky also served as a Ring Physician for boxing where he worked more major fights than any other physician in history. He also served on the Nevada State Athletic Commission until November, 2005 and currently serves as the Vice President of the Association of Boxing Commissions. |

 Jennifer Hess: Jennifer comes with an extensive background in sales, customer service, recruiting, management, and is also a licensed esthetician. As a native Nevadan she attended the University of Nevada, Reno and held a place on the University’s Dance Team. Her high energy, outgoing personality is definitely contagious. Her strong commitment to provide each guest with a positive experience from the moment they walk through the door is why she is the perfect fit here at IDEAL IMAGE. |

Emily Tetting, RN-BSN: Emily has been a treatment provider at Ideal Image since April of 2007, prior to coming to Ideal Image she worked on an ICU-Step down unit. She graduated from Concordia University-Wisconsin with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She enjoys being outdoors, lounging by the pool or just spending time with her husband and their Jack Russell terrier, Jada.
Elizabeth Iavazzi, RN-BSN: Elizabeth graduated from the University of Nevada Las Vegas with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and began working as a treatment provider for Ideal Image in August 2009. She is originally from New York and has lived in Las Vegas for 18 years. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, doing Crossfit and watching football.

Nicole Butler, Lead Guest Consultant: Nicole has been with Ideal Image since March of 2008. She is originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma. Nicole has a degree in marketing which was useful in her 15 years of spa and property management. Her true passion is music. She is an accomplished vocalist and songwriter. In her free time she loves to read, travel, and volunteer.
Jennifer Spaulding, Call Center Manager: Jennifer Spaulding has been with Ideal Image for almost 3 years. She is from Florida & has received her Associates Degree in Business Administration. Her use of knowledge & friendliness has made her successful at her job. She loves shopping, traveling, and spending time with her friends & family.
Rhonda Davis, Call Center Manager: Rhonda is a licensed Esthetician who came to us in June of 2008. She has experience in resort spas and a background in customer service and management. Ideal Image has given her the opportunity to showcase her talents in various positions. Her sense of humor makes her endearing to coworkers and guests. She enjoys going to concerts and shows and spending time with her husband and 3 children.
Mayra Vazquez, Administrative Assistant: Mayra has been with Ideal Image since March of 2009. She is currently pursuing her degree in Business Management. As a native Californian she enjoyed going to Wine Country until moving to Nevada in 2008. She spends most of her time with her 2 year old son, reading and going to the park. Coworkers and guests enjoy seeing her bright smile and infectious personality.
