 The Austin clinic opened in January 2005 serving Austin and surrounding areas. We are located in Sunset Valley in South Austin off of Highway 71/290 in the Sunset Valley Marketfair shopping center. We are excited to be a part of this community and look forward to growing with the ever expanding Austin area.

 Dr. Craig Helfrich: Dr. Helfrich is a 1996 graduate of the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. Initially trained in general surgery, Dr. Helfrich works as an emergency medicine physician in the Austin and San Antonio area. |

 Melissa Garcia: Melissa came aboard with the opening of the South Austin clinic. Melissa holds a B.B.A. in Marketing and prior to her current position; her background is in outside sales and marketing. Melissa recognizes the importance of building relationships through business and the importance of providing first class customer service for her guests. |

 Vicky Gates O'Connor RN: Vicky, RN joined the Ideal Image team in Feb 2008. Her background as a Med/Surgical nurse has prepared her for excellent provider/guest relationships. Her goal is that each guest has a wonderful experience with laser hair removal. |

 Janet Lambert: Janet joined the Ideal Image team in February 2007, bringing with her many years of women’s health and customer service experience She has spent most of her years in Austin where she earned an Advertising degree from the University of Texas. She strives to give each of our guests a unique and comforting experience at our South Austin center. Janet truly believes that Ideal Image can change people’s lives and she is so excited to share our experiences.
 Mike Winters: Mike is the newest addition to the Austin Ideal Image Team. He has lived all over the country, places including Florida, New England, Colorado and the West Coast. A graduate of Florida State, with many years of guest service, retail, and sales related service, he provides a unique Ideal Image experience to each and every guest.
