F. Albert Olash Jr. M.D: Dr. Olash was born in Louisville, Kentucky one of 6 children. He attended Saint Xavier High School and Centre College. After that he went to University of Kentucky medical school. Dr. Olash pursued his residency in internal medicine at Louisiana State University medical school. Following his residency, he returned to Louisville to practice internal medicine with his father and brother, where he has been practicing for the last twenty plus years. He has two children, a daughter Olivia age 14, and a son, Clayton age 12. Dr. Olash and his family enjoy tennis, basketball, and boating.

Christy Sturgill, APRN: Christy was born in Owensboro, KY, but she has lived in the Louisville area for most of her life. She knew from a very young age that she wanted to become a nurse, and she fulfilled that goal in 2002, when she graduated from the University of Louisville with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She began her nursing career at the Frazier Rehabilitation Center, where she primarily cared for patients who had experienced strokes, traumatic brain injuries, or spinal cord injuries. She also served for a year as Frazier's brain injury case manager. She has a particular expertise in post stroke care, and she was once selected to give a presentation to Frazier's medical board about the secondary prevention of strokes. Christy received her Master's degree from the University of Louisville Family Nurse Practitioner program in 2009. After graduation, she worked at Baptist Express Care, providing screenings, immunizations, and general care to walk-in patients. Christy joined Ideal Image in April 2011. She is excited for the chance to provide a service that will improve the lives of her clients.

Christy is a huge Louisville Cardinals and Green Bay Packers fan. She enjoys reading, travel, and spending her spare time with her husband, Ricky, and their beautiful little girl, Alexis.

Laura C. Ford, MSN, ARNP, OCN: Laura was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky on a small farm in eastern Jefferson County. She received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Bellarmine College in 1999. She initially worked as a Registered Nurse in a step-down Telemetry Unit at Baptist Hospital East for several years before taking a position at Spectra Care Home Health, specializing in Infusion Therapy. Several years later, after caring for her Grandmother who died of Pancreatic Cancer, she pursued a background in Hematology/Oncology, working for a local private practice. She became a Certified Oncology Nurse during this time, and attended Spalding University Family Nurse Practitioner program, graduating Sigma Theta Tau with her Master of Science in Nursing in 2007.

During her studies at Spalding, she was a Co-Investigator for a Pilot research study which was published in the Oncology Nursing Forum. She was also invited to participate in a Poster Presentation for the Research Study at the Oncology Nursing Society National Conference on Cancer Research in Hollywood, CA. She is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the Oncology Nursing Society and previously volunteered for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society with family/caregiver support groups.

She joined Ideal Image in March 2010 as a Treatment Provider. She has a passion for Nursing, focusing on providing a holistic and caring approach to patient care. She has two children, a daughter, Natalie, who attends Eastern High School and son, Brandon, who attends St. Michael Lifelong Learning Center. Both are very active in athletics and extracurricular activities. Laura enjoys boating, outdoors, music and fitness, as well as spending time with her friends and loved ones.

Megan Middleton, M.S.N., ACNP-BC: Megan is a board certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner in the state of Kentucky. Megan completed her undergraduate and graduate studies at the University of Kentucky. Her professional experience includes emergency care and cardiovascular intensive care. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. Esthetics has been an area that has always appealed to Megan and her goal is to provide each guest with the safest, quality care and best results.

Ashley K. Tileston, RN,BSN: Ashley is a native of Louisville, Ky. She began her nursing education at Jefferson Community College where she received her associate degree in nursing and then continued on to complete her bachelor's degree at Indiana University Southeast. Prior work experience includes four years on a step down cardiovascular unit as bedside nurse. In her spare time Ashley enjoys visiting with family and friends, her miniature daschund Chanel, traveling, working out, and being outdoors.

Ashley is especially excited to join the Ideal Image team because she has always had the desire to work in an aesthetic field where she can use her knowledge and nursing skills to help people look and feel their absolute best. She looks forward to helping guests become smooth and hair free!

Denise Neuin, RN, BSN: Denise Neuin, RN, BSN, was born in England and raised from coast to coast in the US due to her father serving in the USAF. She received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from University of Louisville. Before joining Ideal Image, she worked on a Stroke/Trauma PCU and ICU. Denise's twin sister was a guest and had referred her to Ideal Image. As a guest, Denise was very impressed with the environment and professionalism; she realized she wanted to be a part of their team and joined in 2011.

Her passions include watching and cheering for her Pittsburgh Steelers (and NFL), traveling, and singing. She enjoys cooking, making people laugh, and spending time with her boyfriend, Stephan.

Tammie Hardy, Guest Consultant: Tammie was born in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Since her dad was a military man, she had the opportunity to live and travel all over the United States and parts of Europe as a child. Because of this upbringing, Tammie thrives on change, challenge, and creative freedom. She looks forward to new opportunities to build positive outcomes for our guests every day. Her diverse professional background (for profit and not-for-profit) has made her very skilled at relationship building. Whether she is helping various causes raise money for medical research, creating customized plans of care for seniors in need, or ensuring our guests hair removal needs are met with compassion, accuracy and efficiency, Tammie provides and understanding ear and is a natural problem solver.

Tammie attended Worcester State College (Worcester, MA) and Florida Community College-Jacksonville. She volunteers her time and talents to several local non-profits like GuardiaCare, the Alzheimer's Association, and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Tammie lives in New Albany, Indiana with her husband Roy, two sons Griffin and Phoenix... plus three dogs and a cat! Equally as creative outside of the office, she designs functional art from vintage household items such as discarded windows and doors.

Jenni Farrell: Jenni was born in Louisville, KY and raised in Oldham County where she still currently lives. She attended Indiana University Southeast where she received her Bachelors of Science in Finance. Jenni currently attends Webster University where she is actively pursuing her Masters of Business Administration. Prior to joining the Ideal Image team, Jenni was a guest receiving treatments. She loved the change it made in her life and believed in the superior service provided so much that she joined the team in 2011. Jenni enjoys being outdoors, traveling, and trying new things. She also loves spending time with her friends and family as well as taking care of her two cats and dog.

Whitney Bonnell: Whitney was born and raised in Louisville, KY. She comes to us with a diverse background in emergency care, human resources, and customer service. With her experience she understands the value of providing both optimal patient care and excellent customer service. She is a nursing student and upon graduation she will be pursuing a career in medical aesthetics. Whitney's optimistic and upbeat personality keeps everyone around her feeling welcomed and happy. She loves spending her free time with her 2 year old son, Brayden, and her family and friends. She also enjoys yoga, P90x, volleyball, traveling, shopping & sushi. She is an avid fundraiser for the March of Dimes and American Breast Cancer Association. Whitney is very excited to join the experts in laser hair removal and make a difference in people's lives by assisting them on their venture to becoming hair free!
