 Heather Carley RN, BSN: Heather has been a Registered Nurse since 2000 within the fields of Neurosurgery and Gastroenterology. She graduated from Carroll College with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She lives with her husband and high-maintenance dog. Her interests include traveling, reading, exercising, riding her motorcycle, and attending concerts. Heather is extremely excited about her new adventure as a Treatment Provider for Ideal Image.
 Ashley Hanley RN, BSN: After graduating from Mount Mary College, Ashley worked at Columbia Hospital on a Medical/Surgical Oncology floor. Before working for Ideal Image, Ashley was a guest receiving treatments and jumped at the opportunity to work for Ideal Image and now loves coming to work! When she is not working at Ideal Image you can probably find her working or eating at her family’s restaurant. Otherwise she loves being out on the lake in the summer, reading, traveling, shopping and learning to cook. She hopes that her experience as a guest at Ideal Image will help create the most enjoyable experience for guests.

 Angela Watts: Angie joined the Ideal Image team as Lead Consultant in 2008. Diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, Angie knows what it’s like to battle the sometimes not so nice side effects of the condition including unwanted facial hair. Now that she’s hair free she loves to share her experience with new guests and help them to make their own individualized treatment plans. Angie especially loves helping other women struggling with PCOS find that bright light at the end of the tunnel. Laser hair removal has changed Angie’s life forever and she can’t wait to help you change yours!
 Jamie Verley: Jamie has been with Ideal Image since October of 2007. As part of the Milwaukee area Call Center team, she brings personality, humor and commitment to her position and is excited about the opportunity to speak with our guests and help them get started on the path to a changed life! She is the proud mother of four very bright children, two boys and two girls ranging in age from seven to thirteen, and has 2 dogs and a cat. She enjoys staying active with her family, the outdoors, traveling, watching movies, seeing concerts and reading and writing. She recently started taking weekly Yoga classes and is looking forward to moving into a bigger house next year!
 Trinka McCoy: Trinka was born in West Virginia and graduated from Marshall University (We Are Marshall!), with a Bachelor's Degree in Humanities. She then moved to Columbus, Ohio, where she started a successful career in sales. After making Columbus her home for six wonderful years, Trinka was introduced to Ideal Image by a great friend, and was presented with the opportunity to try a new career in a new city and jumped at the chance! Trinka contributes her fantastic attitude, infectious humor and her ambitious drive to the Milwaukee area locations from her position in the Call Center and is looking forward to helping our guests learn more about how Ideal Image can help. She loves to be athletic, travel and see concerts and just got a crazy cat named Leon.
