Philomena Lancos: (Phil) Phil is a Board Certified Physician Assistant. She is a graduate of Miami Dade College with an Associate of Science Degree. For the past 15 years Phil has held State Certification as a Registered Nurse and currently maintains this certification.

Elizabeth Regester-Pfrommer, ARNP-C, MSN: Elizabeth is a board Certified family nurse practitioner, licensed in the state of Florida. She graduated Cum Laude from Florida Atlantic University with masters of Science in Nursing. Her clinical experience includes 18 years of work as an acute care cardiac RN, and she is very enthusiastic to have joined ideal Image, and to have transitioned to practice as a nurse practitioner in this exciting field of medical aesthetics.

Afrooz Sabrkesh (A.J.), PA-C - A.J.: Afrooz came to our Ideal Image family in July of 2009. She graduated from Wagner College/Staten Island University Hospital P.A program. With a Bachelors of Science degree and Physician Assistant Certification A.J , in the past, she has held the title of Surgical Physician Assistant, and Physician Assistant Coordinator at New York Methodist Hospital, and, at Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center, respectively. She is bilingual, in Farsi, and English. She has also attended Fashion Institute Of Technology for 2 years with an Associate's Degree in Interior Design. She is known to our Boca Staff as the 'clown', always making our day a delight. In her spare time, A.J. loves to entertain friends and family, notably, her daughter, Roxana, and grandson Darius, whom she is exceedingly proud of. She frequents the gym, but also loves to indulge in all kinds of food, especially Persian, Italian, and Seafood. She is an amazing cook and hostess, and a great dancer, as she took 16 years of ballet.
