 Jim Rush, Regional Director: Jim has lived in St. Louis, Missouri most of his life. He attended and graduated from Missouri State University December 1992, with a degree in Business Administration. Jim has have been a successful sales manger for the last 15 years, most recently with Fidelity Mortgage, were he was consistently ranked in the top two mangers company wide. Jim recently married his wife, Mikell, and they have three beautiful children: Kiki (cat) 12, Cameron 9, and Zoë 5. He spends most of his spare time with his family. For fun he loves to head to the mountains to go skiing. Jim came to Ideal Image on the recommendation of a friend and previous coworker, and has no regrets. The staff in all of his offices has made him feel very welcomed, and he believes they are the best in the company. Jim looks forward to making this the last stop in his career, and once again having the top region in the company!!!! |

 Stephanie Stuck, RN: Stephanie Stuck, has been a member of the Chesterfield Ideal Image since July, 2008. She attended St. Charles Community College, where she obtained her Associate's degree in nursing. She is planning to go back to school for her Bachelor's degree very soon. Prior to working for Ideal Image, she was a Cardiovascular ICU nurse at St. John's hospital for three years. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, spending time outdoors, and reading. She feels very fortunate to be working with such a great group of people, and looks forward to a fulfilling career here at Ideal Image! |

 Joan Baumann, Lead Consultant: Joan Baumann is a native St Louis girl working in Chesterfield, MO. She is the proud mother of a Chesterfield Police Officer, and loves having the ability to see him almost daily. She has been married to the man of dreams for 19 years and feels very fortunate to have him in her life. She has been with Ideal Image since February 2008, and has been in Sales and Sales Management for over 25 years. The majority of her experience has been focused on the image based industry. She feels as though it is very rewarding knowing that she has helped make a positive change in somebody's life. Seeing the transformations in our guests are truly exciting. Given the chance, she would love to show everyone what life can be like hair free. |
