As of December 1, select Ideal Image locations are transitioning to new ownership under SEV Laser. We know changes can bring questions, and we want to make this process as smooth as possible. Below you’ll find answers to common questions about appointments, treatments, and what to expect moving forward. Select Ideal Image locations have been acquired by SEV Laser. The change in management will occur on December 1, 2025. Below are the locations that are transitioning to SEV:

SEV will honor existing Ideal Image appointments, packages, and gift cards purchased at the above locations, and will work to ensure a smooth transition for clients.

SEV Laser is a leading destination for aesthetic services, with over 60 locations across the United States. SEV makes advanced treatments accessible, affordable, and inclusive while delivering a personalized, boutique experience. They look forward to welcoming you into their community.

All scheduled appointments have been automatically transferred to SEV’s calendar. Please plan to arrive at the same time and location* as your scheduled appointment, unless you are contacted directly about any changes.

*Exceptions include Alpharetta, GA and Buckhead, GA locations, which have closed as SEV already has state-of-the-art clinics nearby. The Liberty Place, PA location will continue to operate temporarily until a new SEV location opens nearby. If you are affected by this, SEV will reach out to you.

SEV will honor all active packages and gift cards purchased from the affected Ideal Image locations. 

No. These locations will continue using the same medical-grade technology and equipment currently used by Ideal Image. Clients can expect continuity of care, comparable results, and a familiar treatment experience.

SEV offers many of the same services, including laser hair removal, laser facials, SkinPen® microneedling, and cosmetic injections. While Ideal Image has some services that SEV doesn’t currently offer, SEV will still see through all existing treatments and packages for those services. SEV’s pre and post care instructions for laser hair removal differ slightly. Please arrive at all appointments (except touch-ups) with the treatment area shaved. As SEV’s laser treatments incorporate a cooling system, numbing is not recommended pre-treatment.

The Ideal Image providers at these locations are joining the SEV team. Whether you see a familiar provider or a new one, treatments will be delivered with the same technology and clinical standards you are accustomed to.

Clinic hours will remain consistent at the time of transition, though minor adjustments may occur as SEV assumes operations. Any changes will be communicated directly to clients and updated online. SEV will also work to maintain similar appointment availability to minimize disruption.

No. Your package information and medical records will be transferred automatically. Because SEV is a separate provider, they will require updated medical consent and intake forms; these will be sent to you in advance of your next visit. The process is quick and helps ensure safe, compliant care.

Client records will be transferred to SEV in a secure, compliant manner and used solely for the purpose of continuing your care. SEV follows all applicable privacy, medical, and data-security requirements.

SEV is committed to transparent, straightforward pricing — no surprises. Your existing packages will be honored at no extra cost to you, and anything you choose to purchase going forward will follow SEV’s pricing model. 

You can schedule appointments online or via The SEV App (available on iOS and Android). To book one of your existing package sessions, please call the local clinic number or schedule with SEV in-store.

Yes. SEV partners with Affirm to provide payment plan options.
