My RN Ivonna was AMAZING!!!! If you go ask for her!!! She will make sure you comfortable and make sure she take her time with you!! Loved her!!! I always have a GREAT experience with Ideal Image!! Thank you !!! Natalie is one of the very BEST nurses there! She will make you feel comfortable and she will not leave you with 1 hair!!! She has been amazing since I started there a year ago!!! I ALWAYS HAVE AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE WITH HER!!

My first treatment started very well!!! But then I got burned on my thighs during my second visit and nothing could be done to help remedy the situation. Honestly, I wasn't expecting them to work up some magic to make it go away but at least come up with something to help keep their customers happy I paid everything up front so I am already locked in for the next 7 treatments coming up. I am just so bummed! For some reason I am not able to put an update review so I'll just add it to my previous review of 3 months ago Update Now: 3months later... My providers have always been wonderful! Whether at the Westminster or Denver location. I wish I could rate them separately, coz they would def get my highest rating. My negative experience with Ideal Image still has to do with nothing being done to remedy my situation. Honestly feels like a scam sometimes

The tech had no idea what was going on. She couldn’t find anything she needed for our appointment and was frantically running around trying to find whatever she needed. She had to unplug and restart the machine, which took a good amount of time. It was my first time doing cool toning and nothing was explained to me. I was expecting it to feel cold and it didn’t at all. I wasn’t prepared to me rattled to my core by this machine and it was abysmal service.

I had paid a lot of money in full for multiple sessions. I ended up getting pregnant and they did not want to refund or extend my appointments. I called a couple times and was told I would get a call back and never heard back.

Natalie was such a delight! She had me at ease and smiling the whole time. Everyone at the spa was extremely friendly and made me happy when it came to how thorough they were with me. You can genuinely go into Ideal image and trust that they care about you and your well-being.

Receiving an entire course of treatment did help with the amount of hair, for now. One provider told me it was making a clear difference while another said I still had so much left at the end and should buy additional services. I know it would be difficult but I do wish they could estimate how many additional you need instead of making you pay half the amount you already paid over again. I didn’t buy in, maybe in the future depending on how bad it gets. I hope someone can invent an accurate hormonal test so I could actually find out why I have so many extra facial hairs in the first place. I was overall pleased, but being sold to made me feel like this is a never ending treadmill and made me sad about my facial hair rather than hopeful.

My providers have always been wonderful! I wish I could rate them separately, because of they would get my highest rating. My negative experiences with Ideal Image have to do with scheduling, marketing, and sales. The sales team talked me into buying a "lifetime membership" for my first service which included a $250 credit. I was told I could not use that credit for my next service AND told that I had to purchase another, different "lifetime membership" which would give me another $250. The sales person told.me I would be able to apply $500 to my next laser service. When I inquired about the laser service, I was told I could NOT use the full $500. Also, I was told by a practitioner that I could receive unlimited laser sessions within my contract window, but I don't think that was communicated by the sales or scheduling teams. When I asked to set up an extra laser session, there were no appointments available for almost two months. Consequently, I didn't get the hair removal results I was promised. I had to buy a separate upkeep session since it fell outside my contract window. It feels like a scam.

I got CoolSculpting done and it was awesome. The nurses explained everything very thoroughly to me and answered all my questions. Everyone was so kind and friendly, from the gals at the front desk to the nurses. Overall a great experience!!

Oh My Goodness Deborah was amazing. Literally felt like I was speaking to family the whole time. These things can be embarrassing but she made me feel soooooooo comfortable. I am going forward with my decision and she gave me the best options available to me.

I was worried about the process at first since my focus was to take care of my bikini area but that worry went away after the first visit. Thanks to Natalie I was put at ease and I felt comfortable right away. She explained what to expect from start to finish and even what to expect after the treatment. I had 101 questions and she never once made me feel like I was annoying. Being in such a vulnerable position was also a concern of mine since I’m more shy than not but the staff is very professional. I would definitely recommend this location on Colorado Blvd if it’s close enough to you.

Had a virtual consultation for skin tightening on my abdomen and was rushed into making an appointment that same day and paying in full. Once I got to the consultation I was told that there was not anything that can be done for me. I do appreciate the honesty of the technicians. Form there I requested a refund of course I had not received any services. I had to sign more paperwork which I noticed did not include a refund for a product that was being sent to me. I was told that once I send the product back to them I would be refunded for that. Once the product arrived, I did not open it but took it straight to USPS. The Post office told me that since it was not tampered with or opened that they can do a return to sender so that I will not need to pay or fill out any information. I should have paid the additional in order to get a tracking number because now almost 4 months later I have not gotten a refund for close to $200. I keep being told it has not arrived at the facility. The product clearly has gotten somehow lost and that is not my fault. I should not have to pay for something that I sent back as requested and also have absolutely no use for it as I did not undergo any services. I will never use Ideal Image again or recommend to anyone for this lack of customer service.

They make you consult with someone unlicensed just so they can upsell you. The consult was just for money not for any actual treatments or advice. It’s deceiving. Additionally, I have received botox services before from a plastic surgeon and they were shame-y with the fact they gave me filler in-between my eyebrows. They didn't listen to my request to go light with the botox and did whatever they wanted. And lastly she used her thumb to 'smooth' out the botox. that is not a normal practice and inappropriate.

Yvonna was amazing, professional and detailed. By far the best photofacial I have ever had. She paid close attention to my broken blood vessels and other skin concerns. I am definitely coming back to see her!

I am really impressed by this Ideal Image. I did botox yesterday and my nurse was very compassionate, I hate needles. She walked me through the entire process and helped calm my nerves. Ask for Natalie if you come here because she is honestly a doll. The location is nice and the receptionist-I think Yami was her name- was very accommodating. She's very knowledgeable of the creams and products and helped me find a lotion that fit my skin type and needs. They didn't have the products in house, but she gave me samples and who doesn't love that. Overall a luxurious experience that made me feel taken care of and loved. Thank you!

I did a lot of research about Ultherapy before committing to the treatment. After much debate I decided to go with Ideal Image on Colorado BLVD. From the front desk to the nurses I have to say it was an incredible experience. Everyone was friendly and professional, going out of their way to make sure I had an excellent procedure. I highly recommend this facility. Update 6 months later: I looked in the mirror this morning and can truly see results for the first time. The skin on my neck is a little firmer, my decollate has less wrinkles and my chin is more prominent. I am happy with the results and feel better about my appearance. I know I don't look quite my age because during a job interview I was asked where I saw myself in 10 years...my response was retired. Needless to say I didn't get the job but I am pretty sure they thought I was younger than I am.

This was my second visit for laser hair removal with Jessica and both times she was professional, kind, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Honestly the staff here has been nothing but kind and professional both times! Definitely would recommend!!

In cannot speak highly enough of Jessica! It was my first time and I was so nervous that I drove to the wrong location. She graciously squeezed me in. She was incredibly professional. She answered my questions, was incredibly articulate, and when it came down to my goals, she was honest about what my expectations should be. I felt so comfortable that I was in good hands. To top it off, she gave me a few SPF samples to try at home. Also, the receptionist working was incredibly kind and didn't make me feel like an idiot for driving to the wrong location. She helped me figure out how to fill out the electronic paperwork that I was having trouble submitting. In the end, I am glad that I drove to the wrong location because I will never get botox from anybody else. Very impressed by the service I received. It's been a week and my botox had started to set and looks great.

I had a very bad experience at this location, the first 2 sessions went smoothly, but the last one I was not happy at all. I arrived late due to traffic, instead on investing the left over time and get the treatment, the nurse spent her time discussing my contract with the other nurses. I drove for 1:30hr to be there and it was a waste of time.

I had a virtual consultation with Krystina, who was fantastic! She was friendly and knowledgeable, and explained everything to me so it was easy to understand. I booked for Botox, but I know I'll be using Ideal Image for some other services in the future! *I had my second appointment today with Yana , and she was amazing! Both visits have been great, and I’ve been impressed with the service of the staff! Signed up for my membership today!

Very bad customer services no one answers phone call after putting on hold with automated message so frustrating. they are SCAM their service don't work. I got CoolSculpting but no results . waste of my $2000.00 for no reason. I wish to get my money back. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

My nurse Natalie was so great today! Had me in and out in 10 minutes. I’ve been coming to this location for years and they are always friendly and professional. Their services are affordable and really work- even on my dark skin. I haven’t had any discoloration or other issues and have had multiple areas done with ideal image.

Sales recommend ultherapy upon arrival RN stated it would not provide results and suggest anther service that could not be scheduled. Very frustrating since I took day off for this service. Nurse then had the audacity to take offense at my inconvenience and frustration. Ridiculous- really makes me doubt results of upcoming cool sculpture service since nurse indicates ultherapy claims are not accurate

Jessica is an angel. She answered all of my (many) questions and gave incredible advice on what I can do to add some grace to the aging process. I also didn't feel a single stick on the botox which was a first! Get the lifetime deal....its worth it.

My nurse Lanina was absolutely amazing. She made me feel comfortable and walked me through every step and answered all my questions. Ivonna is a wonderful technician. She explains the procedures clearly and in detail. I feel she is well versed in many areas of her field. She has a great bedside manner always making sure I'm comfortable. She researches cutting-edge procedures on her own and is very knowledgeable. I trust her explicitly. Even a day after my procedure she calls me to check in answering any questions I may have. I am only scheduling with her going forward.
