I love this place!!! Best place to get your Botox at in my honest opinion. The place is incredibly clean and super modern I loved the music playlist also. The receptionists I think they’re names were Alexa and Dome, extremely nice and attentive. My favorite ideal image location, thanks guys!!!

I love this place! I wasn’t happy where I had hair and to be honest it made me feel horrible about myself. Now because of the laser treatment I’m actually seeing results. No hair. Less times having to shave and worry about unwanted hair and if people can see it. I had to constantly be on top of shaving and now I don’t even worry about it. I’m so happy it’s crazy I didn’t think it was for real. The results are real and Im going to refer all my friends. P.S. the whole entire staff is friendly, informative and welcoming. Ideal Image is amazing! I’d been struggling with ingrown hairs for years and nothing seemed to work. After finally committing to laser hair removal, I immediately started noticing a huge difference. I can’t believe I didn’t do this sooner! Michelle and Vanessa are so great and they are professional/efficient with each treatment. Great communication and staff all around! Highly recommend.

I wish I could give more than just five stars to Michelle for her service. I've been in the beauty industry myself for over two decades, and have been to many medical spas for varied treatments over the years, so I know professionalism when I experience it. Michelle was extremely thorough, was patient while answering all my questions, and kindly put up with my constant chatting for over two+ hours like we were old friends (which helped me take my mind off of the discomfort from the Ultherapy treatment). I'd 100% go back to her again when it's needed. This was my first visit to Ideal Image, and I'll be returning for all my skin, face, and body procedures in the future. I will also be recommending them to all of my clients, friends, and family. From start to finish everyone I came in contact with exemplified competence and expertise. It was so amazing and comforting to know I was in capable hands.

They are very knowledgeable in answering all of my questions and patient with all of my concerns. I can tell they love working with people and are passionate about what they do. I didn't feel like just another patient. It was a great experience and I'm very pleased with my results!

I love this place! Everyone is nice and well informed. The facilities are comfortable and very clean.

Called to set up a consultation that was scheduled for zoom at a specific time. Received the call late and then put on hold for a rep to connect me with zoom for over 45 minutes. When I hung up, I received a call apologizing stating that there was a “pop up” meeting and would I like to reschedule after an hour of my day was wasted. This is not the way to do business, will be taking mine elsewhere.

Today I had my first visit to ideal image! Great location! Parking was super easy and convenient. I received fillers and Botox from the the wonderful MICHELLE! I was a little nervous at first but she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She talked me through the whole thing , was so patient ,and gave me great advice. I had a terrible experience a couple years back with fillers so I was extremely hesitant but Michelle got rid of all my concerns! I will definitely be back in a couple weeks for some touch ups! Love love love my results so far !

I was so hesitant to get botox and fillers, but I like that the staff are trained nurse practioners with experience. They are very knowledgeable. Their pricing can be higher than local small business places but their work is guaranteed. They will make sure your happy and although I initially was used as a model for training. I have gone back for touch ups. I also like that you can purchase Botox units when they have a special and bank them. They never expire!!!!! Thank you Yenys, my lips look natural and even! You are amazing! I’m 1 week post and I will definitely go back.

The specialist seemed like she had no idea what she was doing and burnt me. Now I have white dotted scars for the rest of my life. They ruined my modeling career. I will never be going here again after 4-5 treatments I’m still growing full amount of hair back after every treatment.

I can recommend this place enough. Beyond friendly staff, excellent amenities, and amazing technicians that know just how to make you feel comfortable. Ive done the laser treatments a handful of times now and the results are insane. I don't have any more hair growth and I still have a couple of sessions left. As someone who struggled with thick, dark hair and razor bumps from shaving I can honestly say that Ideal has change my life for the better.
