As a commitment to our clients, we’ve established policies that will ensure the best experience possible.
No Show Policy:
Schedules can get hectic – we understand (and have all been there). That’s why we will automatically waive the $50 no-show fee for your first missed appointment. After that, we’ll charge the card on file or send a payment request for each subsequent appointment missed. Need to cancel an upcoming appointment? Call us at 800.BE.IDEAL or manage appointments directly through the Ideal Image mobile app (available on iOS and Google).
We will send you a confirmation reminder 5 days prior to your scheduled treatment. Please be sure to let us know that you’re coming at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise we will automatically cancel unconfirmed appointments. Please let us know if you can’t make it, and we can give your timeslot to another client that would like to come in.
To better serve you, we are no longer accepting cash payments at our clinics – instead we’ll make payments even easier. Just provide a credit card that we will keep on file for quicker, faster, more efficient payments.
Credit Card on File:
Related to the above, we’ll now require that all Laser Hair Removal maintenance and Botox® maintenance appointments have a credit card on file with us. You will not be charged in advance and can choose another form of payment if you wish, but there must be a valid card in our system to reserve your appointment.
Appointments with Past Due Balances:
If you have a past due balance, you will not be able to schedule an appointment until that amount is paid. We will also cancel appointments that are scheduled if your account becomes past due.
