Pleasant, staff was professional and very knowledgeable. The procedure was more painful than I expected but no pain no gain.

I bought a package of 5 BBL treatments. I am on my 3rd treatment. The age spot I originally bought it for was gone after the 2nd treatment. I waited through the summer and did my 3rd one in September and my 'yellow' freckles are disappearing now too! So happy with the progress in evening out my overall skin tone & pigmentation.

I have been trying to get in touch with this place to get a refund for a month and a half. I purchased a package back in May this year and the soonest appointment they could get me in was September 1. I have since then been having health issues and I may need surgery so my doctor advised against me getting the procedure. I called and cancelled my appointment a week ahead of time to give them plenty of notice to get someone else in so they would not miss out on an appointment for a client. I have called every week since then asking for a refund. They keep telling me that someone from customer care will call me back. No one has. I called again in Monday and the nice girl I spoke to said she contacted the area manager and she would call me within 24-48 hours. Still nothing. If this is how they treat patient before they have procedures what would have happened if I went through with it and had an emergency or something. This is not a professional way of running a business. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney general’s office.

Went in to have BBL done for a few minor freckles/uneveness. After having a skin assessment they had informed me I was a great candidate for it, and it should even out my skin tone and make me glow. I had purchased a package of 5. The first treatment was great, and seemed to work well. However, with my 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th treatments I had a different nurse do it. I started to notice my skin getting worse. On my 3rd treatment, I also had severe burns on my forehad. On my 4th treatment, I had a giant brown spot on my check which was never previously there. When I had brought it up to the nurse, she tried to laser it off and made it even worse by burning me! These people claim to be professionals, but now I am left with severe scarring/dark spot on my face! When I reached out to their office to try and rectify the situation, they acted like they didn't want to take accountability and like it was my fault for not reading the contract. They tried to say I had melasma, and had to get a doctor's note for them to further treat me. I went to the dermatologist who said it was hyperpigmentation caused by the laser and NOT melsama. My dermatologist gave me a bleaching cream for the dark spot on my face which has made me super self conscience. Makeup won't even cover it up! I paid to have my skin better not worse! These people are horrible- BUYER be ware

i went there for my facial laser the lady there told me my face will be clean . she assure me about my hair but after my hair laser procedure, i see my face have more hair regrowth.i told them they just say sorry , i am vary disappointed.when i say i want my money back they refused .because i waste my money and time .i don’t recommend them at all. took my money and not offering any type of refund. i am giving a zero star.

My laser hair removal progress has been better then I could have ever imagined. After only a few sessions I am almost completely hair free. My appointments are 6 weeks apart and I have only seen a few stray hairs come in. All the ladies that have treated me have helped to make me feel comfortable. My most recent visit was with Rosette, she was kind and professional during my treatment and let me know about some other treatments I might be interested in. I would and have recommended Ideal Image to anyone that is considering laser hair removal.

I had a great experience with my RN Amanda Nepsa today. I saw her for Botox and found that she is highly skilled, professional and friendly. The office was very clean and the front desk staff was also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend her scheduling an appointment with her.

Overall I have greatly enjoyed my transformation, and recommended to several friends, but after this last appointment I have recalled all recommendations. I signed up for a package deal to have laser hair removal on my legs, armpits, and bikini region. I would not have normally signed up for something so expensive, but because the procedure is lifetime and this package was running I signed up. I’ve had an overall great experience up until this point. When I came in for my last appointment I was notified that my package had expired, and my appointment would not take place unless I paid for a touch up visit. The nurse explained ideal image had generally extended everyone’s packages due to Covid, but unfortunately my extension had also expired. This caught me completely out of left field, because I hadn’t missed a single appointment, other than one appointment the office pushed back because the area was closed due to Covid. So I sat there trying to decide wether I was going to shell out more money for an incomplete job to be finished, or if I should go home with a permanently patchy bikini region. The nurse was very polite, and apologetic and I realize it is not her fault, but I’m very unhappy with the way this situation happened. I was told at sign up that the amount of months allotted for the package is way more than needed incase of cancellation, or moved appointments. I get that no one expected Covid to happen, but to have one appointment pushed back (by the office, not by me) and then be told at my last appointment that the thousands of dollars I’ve already paid out has expired and I’ll have to pay a couple hundred more to finish the job, is honestly unacceptable. I paid those thousands of dollars to have a job done…have my hair laser removed. Had I known that I was paying for a service to get “almost” done I would have never have signed up. I paid to get my last appointment done, because I didn’t want to walk around with patches of hair that only needed hit one more time. I went home and retch back out to all the friends I had recommended this service to and let them know what had happened. I would have been less upset had I been given fair warning that my package was going to expire before my treatment was complete, and worked with those numbers to get me scheduled in before that happened, but that was not the case. Unfortunately that will forever be my last appointment with ideal image. I would rather spend more money somewhere else to get touch ups done. It’s not the money that is the factor here, it’s the principle behind it.

I've been to this location a handful of times for botox and fillers. My results vary each time, as I have never had the same technician. I was told the fillers would last approximately one year, but they lasted less than six months. Not worth the money. But the worst is that I went to get botox a week ago and I am still left feeling financially taken advantage of. I should have seen the red flags when the technician did not tell me how many units were being injected into my face. However, I was not worried because in ten years of getting botox, 46 units was the absolute most I have had during one visit. I go to pay and find that 72 units had been injected. What person, especially a 41 year old, needs 72 units of botox?! A good practice might be to tell a client that she is about to spend hundreds more than she has in the past. The tech looks at past unit amounts in the chart each time. I am still in shock and completely appalled.

I would give zero stars. Single mother trying to do something to restore some self confidence I sought these people out. My appointment was for the middle of they day, they're only availability. Sales told me having my kids sit in the lobby wouldn't be an issue. I arrived and was given the suggestion by the staff I leave my children in the car for 2 hours in the height of summer. Extremely unprofessional suggestion. Do not give this location your business. They also offered no option to reschedule any time soon. Saying they have no availability whatsoever. I scheduled this back in June.

Did not get a treatment because they claimed that my contract was expired back in June! I wasn’t informed about this when I scheduled my appointment so I’d have the chance not to come and save my time! Also, because of the COVID I was informed previously that contracts will be extended a year so customers can complete their services!! I got only 4 or 5 laser treatments because 1. Clinic closure due to COVID, 2. No available appointments, 3. Sent home because of allergy symptoms (I had COVID 3 weeks earlier and became symptoms free so definitely this was not a COVID) but the nurse refused to let me in and asked me to call and reschedule after am congestion free and then again no close appointments available. All delays had happened because of the office closure or shorting of staff and then I had to pay extra to complete my service!! Surprisingly there was always no available appointments except when I called to schedule the last one (after my contacts ended) I got an appointment in 2 days! I paid more than $4000 and didn’t get my treatment completed this is absolutely unfair! However, nurses overall are nice and the clinic is clean.

I transferred from a different Ideal image to this Ideal image when I moved to Indianapolis. I cannot believe the difference of quality. At my old ideal image, I was able to get in contact with a person immediately, was able to get in relatively quickly, and was given the best care I could ask for. They took the time to really get every crevice and every hair and make me as comfortable as possible. Indianapolis is not at all like my Louisville Ideal Image. The one time I was actually able to get into an appointment, the woman who did my treatment only did part of my treatment, rushed it, and missed parts. I have had them reach out to me to tell me that my appointment was canceled because the lady who was going to do my treatment was no longer going to be there. They then went on to say no one else was available for the day I had scheduled originally and I would have to wait two months before the next availability. The only day they had was a day I could not do. They told me to just keep calling until an appointment became available or if someone canceled. Problem is, I have been calling them on and off for months trying to get a person, leaving voicemails, just trying to get my last few treatments that I paid for done. No one calls be back. No one answers the phone. I honestly just want my money back at this point so I can finish my treatments through a place that actually answers calls and takes the time to do it right.

My nurse was excellent, explained everything and helped me to relax in times when she knew things might be uncomfortable.

I have few laser treatments with different nurse at Ideal Image. But today my nurse is Bianca, she just so gently and keep encouraging me to endure the pain. She use the ice bag to cool down the skin right before and after laser. That so feel much less burn sensation. I really like her and ask her every treatment now.

I wrote a review 4 days ago. The "manager/owner" replied apologizing for the situation and someone would reach out to me. No one has called me and when I called AGAIN, I was told, Erin, the regional manager would be in touch... again. I've been told the same thing for weeks. Not giving up until I get my refund. Seems like the same story for many others as well. Not sure if the BBB has been notified or what other avenues to take to make people aware before hand. But there are other places with similar pricing that are far less shady than this place. Strange that such a large corporation, and one that is built on services, would be so ok with screwing people out of thousands of dollars.

I paid in full for 8 cycles of Cool Sculpting on 5/28/21. On 5/29/21 my consultant, Liza, sent an email saying the 1st available appointment was 7/27/21!! I immediately asked for a refund because I didn’t want to wait that long and other places had availability much sooner. She went dark. I sent several more emails and didn’t hear a peep. I reached out to Andrew, the guy who set my appointment with Liza and he sent an email to “customer support”. Customer support doesn’t have a direct number nor can any customer email them direct. I got a call from Tessa days later (10 days after handing them $3800). She started the call with “I’m sorry but we won’t refund your money” and then started to read part of the contract I had signed saying they can cancel at any time for any reason but the customer cannot. And then told me she didn’t have a supervisor and she was the highest point of contact for customers. I’ve called offices and sent emails to Liza and Andrew since and have not had any further communication. I have never set foot in an Ideal Image and don’t plan to but they refuse to give me back my money. No services rendered, just basically stealing from me. Terrible, terrible experience.

I will not recommend Ideal Image because ; I got an appointment for my hair removal laser with them and they applied for a credit for me with ally . 2 hours later after reading the bad reviews and also my friend told me that she had a bad experience with them I called them back to cancel everything before starting anything the same day I cancelled 2 hours later , I also emailed them asking to cancel my credit cause I won't use it . first thing when I told the lady on the phone that I want to cancel she hung up on my face and today I received my first bill for a credit that I did not use that means that they used the credit 😱😱 . till I called the banck to cancel my credit th Ally 's customer service was so nice and she apologized . this is my worse experience ever . I will just say that they are scamers and frauds .

Horrible! They are very quick to make the sale, but as soon as you need something you can’t get in contact with Customer service. I’m getting married in October and wanted to be bikini ready, but I tore my ACL (requiring surgery), in April before I could start my treatments. Now, they won’t refund my money. I can’t drive under doctor’s, so how do they expect me to get there. Ridiculous!

Two of my appointments have been cancelled day of and then my appointments have been pushed back 4-5 weeks. The package I have is based on a certain amount of months rather than sessions, so its kind of frustrating to pay thousands of dollars to then not be able to use it. It seems as though they’ve sold more packages/have more clients than the location can handle. UPDATE: I called to see if they had any cancellations to get in sooner and Carly was able to fit me in on her schedule which was greatly appreciated. I can’t say enough nice things about her, highly recommend that you request her when scheduling services!

My experience was great! It was my first visit and I was a little apprehensive. I was lucky and ended up being there on a training day and the top Allergan injector in the country was there! All of the girls were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable from Dionne at the front desk to Audra, Shauntel and more in the injection room. Misty is an excellent educator, very thorough and comforting. I also want to mention how Shauntel asked me before each injection and waited for my response and Audra and Misty were very comforting during the process. I highly recommend Ideal Image!

UPDATE: I have tried for the last week to contact a manager at this locarion. I've called daily. I call and have been told a manager will have to handle my issues. Yet the manager has yet to do so. I've been told she's out of the office. She's traveling to Michigan, that the person who was supposed to have left the original message no longer works there. I can't get my calls answered. That the manager in charge will be calling me on Monday. That there's no corporate contact person/number. It's been a rotten and expensive experience. The nurse who performed my first and only treatment was nice? But aside from that? I do NOT reccommend this location or company. I will br reaching out to the BBB to file a complaint if I don't recieve a call back by 4pm Monday. I haven't even been yet. I get 5-6 text messages a day. 2-3 emails. My appt isn't until the 11th. Stop being stalkers. In response to the reply from the owner? I did call and ask for the frequency of the texts to be decreased. A rude female answered and told me that she could only stop texts and/or emails not decrease them. If I weren't contracted to continue with this? I would stop it before I even went to the first appointment. Now? I'm getting survey emails about my experiences there. I haven't even had the appointment yet.

It was very pleasant and the process it self went way faster than I expected. The nurse was friendly but It seemed a bit rushed. The nurse technician could have explained what to expect when it comes to the actual lasering but she just started right away without even going over details on the process, pain level, or anything. She just asked if I was ready. As a new customer and first timer, I had no idea what to expect as far as the process. I would say the nurse could have been more thorough in taking time to explain the process. That part I did not like. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Completely disappointed in Ideal Image. I bought a $1700 + hair removal package in Dec. When I arrived today, 2 months later, for my first treatment they informed me I couldn't have the treatments because I had malignant melanoma in 2011. No where during this whole two months had anyone asked me to fill out any paperwork/questionnaire with this very important info. I drove 35 minutes to the location only to get an email (while I was waiting in my car due to Covid restrictions) when I arrived asking me to complete the online form. I entered the building and then was told I couldn't have the procedure done. Very poor planning with no solid administrative systems in place. ☹

They squeezed me in for my other area that I originally wasn’t scheduled for and they were so nice and awesome!

Office was clean and seemed to be running on time. Nurse made me feel comfortable and took the time to schedule my next appointment when the receptionists were both busy. I had no problem scheduling a next appointment that worked for me. Good post-procedure instructions. Wish someone would have told me to stay in my car and give me the number to call when I arrived. I know now.
