From the time of booking throughout the entire process was wonderful. I was explained to the information on more than one occasion, just to be sure I was clear on the procedure and its results. I left with no questions.

The company is TERRIBLE! They selling services they can't provide on a timely manner. You can't make an appointment a week from now, or even 2 weeks. It's literally 1,5 months and at worst time possible. Let's say you have cancel your bikini treatment due to your moon cycle , guess what, next one will be available 1,5 month from now. You think you might schedule all your appointments ahead and get a peace of mind. I did that , they canceled my appointment that I conveniently made for all zones, and broke it into 4 other appointments that happened to be all different times and spreaded within a month. So my second scheduled appointment stopped making any sense since you gotta follow the cycle. I am trying to cancel my membership. Calling the company customer service and they keep saying that manager will call me back but no one is calling me back. It's been like that for 2 weeks! I call them every day, they put me on hold, just to tell that the person is not available and they will give me a call back. Lol Don't sign up ladies. You'll just waste your money.

This is my second time coming to ideal and I can honestly say that Sarah provided the best customer service that I have received at ideal image. She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable throughout the session and provided breaks as needed. I will definitely try to schedule my next appointments with Sarah in the future!! Addy, the receptionist was also great help!

Amazing customer service and very knowledgeable about the product

The only good experience you will have with Ideal Image is when their consultant is trying to turn you into a new customer. One week after I made an initial payment for laser hair removal treatment, I found out that I would not be able to carry it out due to a medical condition that I was revealed to me after. Without delay, I canceled my appointments and called to request the cancellation of my contract as well as the refund of my first payment. Since the specialist who initiated the process with me did not discuss cancellation terms, I asked the customer agent about the time frame for cancellation, she told me that I can request one within 7 to 14 days. And she assured me that cancelling my contract would not be an issue since I made my request in that time period. However, things could not be so far from the truth. First, I was asked to send a note (written by my physician) detailing my recent medical diagnosis, after I made it clear that I did not wish to reveal my medical information. Then, another agent asked me to fill out a medical form so Ideal Image could assess my medical conditions and decide if I am eligible for a refund. On top of that, after two weeks of back and forth calls, their nurse told me that she did not see that I have any medical condition that would prevent me from undergoing the procedure. As far as I am concerned, I did not signed up for a medical consultation, as such, her medical observation is none of my concern. As it was highlighted by other customers, this company is manipulative and unethical for several reasons. First, for not being straightforward about their terms with customers. Second, for demanding that one disclose her medical history particularly when it is against the customer's will. Third, for being misleading about the prices. That experience left me feeingl trapped and robbed. Thus, I will never recommend Ideal Image services to anyone. To sum it up, the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in the U.S. After several fruitless phone calls to resolve the issue, I was given the email of a manager who deemed it appropriate to answer back more that a week later after I sent a second message to demand assistance. Throughout this madness, I was told that my case is to be processed by management and that they will reach out to me. And the follow-up never happened; no one from the "so-called" management team called me to address the matter. In a country where most companies allow customers a refund within 5 to 7 business days, almost a month after I made my cancellation request, I am still waiting for Ideal Image to reimburse me. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION AND GO ELSEWHERE. I would have given a ZERO if that was possible.

They get the job done (most of the time) and the treatment ladies are great, but that’s about all I can say. Scheduling is a nightmare and my treatment schedule hasn’t been followed AT ALL. Multiple times they’ve canceled my appointment without notifying me. There is no way to call the office, you’re directed to an 1-800 number. One office assistant took a 15+ minute personal call while I was standing at the desk waiting for assistance. They’ve charged me fees that I didn’t owe. I’ve really had the most terrible experience with this office, I should’ve kept driving to the Arundel Mills location instead. It’s worth the drive to avoid the Bethesda location’s office staff.

I love this location! Every appointment starts on time, and even the time I was late, they were gracious and understanding. Safiyah is the BEST. I had her for laser hair removal, and she was thorough and patient. I made my next appointment with Safiyah and will make every one after that with her as well!

Very dissatisfied with cool sculpting. It’s been 3 months and I haven’t seen any results. I’ve spent $5k and used 6 of the 10 sessions. I’d like a refund, but for now, I’m just getting the run around.

Couldn’t get an upfront answer about the costs. Woman I was speaking to wanted me to fill out a bunch of personal information including SS and address on some random site to figure out if I qualify for a payment plan or something. All I wanted to know was how much laser hair removal for legs cost and I couldn’t get a straight answer. Do not recommend simply for that. Don’t hide your costs. I felt extremely rushed during the whole process and it felt like they were trying to get me to sign up for a package without having any time to think about it. It gave me bad vibes and I ended the zoom meeting and won’t be following up.

I don’t think I’ve ever been so frustrated with a company in my life. I purchased upper lip and chin hair removal service which includes 5 main and 4 touch up sessions that HAVE to take place within 16 months. At this point according to the contract I’ll be forfeiting at least 3 on my touch up appts! I’ve had 4 appts scheduled so far and 2 have been cancelled!! I’m supposed to stay within the 6-10 week range but my appt for today (which was CANCELED 2 HRS BEFORE THE APPT) was already 11 weeks out and counting due to the cancellation. I’m pretty sure this “contract” has been breached by this company already but will I be getting any money back? HIGHLY DOUBT IT. They literally just left a message to cancel and I’ve been calling back for the past 45 min and gotten no answer. They advertise that sessions can be “done on your lunch break” but how when I have to drive hours away to a new location that I didn’t even originally schedule an appt at IF they even have any availability. I won’t be surprised if I can’t get another appt for another 3 months which is ridiculous. I would never recommend this company to anyone. RUN FAR AWAY.

The person who I had an appointment with did not show up and while waiting for her, a customer was upset because her appointment had been canceled without her knowledge or any type of communication.

Update after company's reply to my original post: I contacted the number in their reply like they suggested, but they have not replied to me after 1.5 weeks and a follow up call. It is evident that the company is simply out to make money. They took my money, canceled two of my appointments with NO NOTICE to me so I wasted time and parking fees to get there, and then ran me around from service person to service person for 2 weeks, and now they refuse to refund me. I'm locked into paying for something I'm not even sure I'll be able to get, and I'm subjected to their disorganization and poor service because I've already paid and they claim 'no refunds'. They offered me additional services instead... but will they even deliver on this? Hard to tell with the track record so far. I wanted a refund and to be done with this terrible company, but getting follow through on communications is nearly impossible. The company has demonstrated that they are manipulative and unethical.

Do NOT sign a contract with Ideal Image - their results are not apparent whatsoever from the treatment I received, they trick you into a timed contract where you forfeit treatments that you paid for if it’s expired without sending any reminders, and it’s impossible to get anyone on the phone to schedule an appt, and once you do they don’t have appts available for 3-6 months out. I would give them a 0 stars if I could.

Usually I have a good experience this one was not great. When I made my appointment they had me down for one area instead of 4 areas. Luckily, they were able to accommodate. I waited longer for them to start my appointment than it took for the whole procedure. Then the lady singed my eyelash on the right side and they are completely ruined. It also seems like the prices keep changing with no notice.

Always a pleasant experience. Centrally located in Bethesda Row with plenty of parking options (street or garage) and a short 5 min walk from the Bethesda Metro station. The staff at this location is always friendly and I'm usually taken into the room within minutes upon arriving. Safiyah was friendly, professional, thorough and knowledgably. Abra was professional and pleasant in assisting me with my needs.

The front office was awful. The main point is just to sell the product, no one takes care of you afterwards. Kirsten, who sold me the product never replied to any of my emails. I scheduled my second appointment less than 3 months after the first one and no one even noticed (this is still scheduled as it is).

Safiyah is the best provider I have had since I began treatments! Her level of attention and quality of service have broken the scale and set a new standard. The Bethesda Row center is great - convenient and always accommodating. Addy made sure I was seen promptly and helped me schedule my next appointment with Safiyah.

Terrible experience! Came in for my follow up Botox appointment. The system had cancelled it automatically and would not let me confirm it. Tried to come in the day before to confirm the appointment and see what’s going on. I was told I have a balance on a future ultherapy treatment that we don’t even know when it would receive yet.(since it had to be a few weeks apart from last Botox). My contract for the ultherapy service was to pay half at the time of purchase and other half on the treatment day. She said she will call and try to fix it. I went back today for my appointment. I was still not back on the schedule! The manager was not there. I had to leave without receiving the Botox follow up visit that I had paid for already. They have my money and I could not get the scheduled service! Frustrating experience and two trips for nothing. Wasted time, no one cared to even fix this system issue that’s a company internal issue and has nothing to do with the client! No accountability to honor the terms of our contract, as well as the scheduled appointment, No supervisor or manager to talk to. I think instead of opening new centers, they should try to keep the existing paying customers happy. This was so wrong.

Ianni is amazing!! She did my last session for laser hair removal. Honestly, one of the best sessions I've ever had. She was Fast, friendly staff and facility is very clean. But beware because scheduling at the Bethesda location can be an absolute NIGHTMARE!!! I will miss Ianni, but due to scheduling issues I will be going to the Fairfax location for the rest of my sessions. Fingers crossed that Fairfax has someone as thorough as Ianni.

I’m calling the better bureau business along with trying to obtain an attorney. Poor service and no one has answer me back about my refund. Poor services please go someone else and get services they are not experienced and I will not renew my membership.

I had an ultherapy facial done at this Ideal Image location and the experience could not have been better. Everyone who works here is so friendly. The office is very clean. Joann is the Nurse Practitioner who did the ultherapy session. She explained everything clearly to me before the procedure and educated me on how it works and then she had me laughing through the whole procedure. She made an uncomfortable procedure much more bearable. I would actually say I had fun at this appointment haha Sorry if I spelled your name wrong, Joann! Joanne? Anyway, I would definitely come back here.

I started at Gaithersburg and after having two terrible experiences (hour wait times, cancelled appointments and more) I thought I’d try Bethesda Row. From the warm welcomes and positive vibes of the front desk, Triniti, Paris, Abra and Chey to the knowledgeable, gentle and caring approach of NP, Joanne I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Looking forward to continuing here!
