Awful service over 2k spend to see absolute no result. At the end when you do do this kind of process is do it at your own risk. When treatment does not come right with no result what so ever they clean their hands by saying that different skins react differently with the treatment. The overall front desk is very nice and the worker are there to work but don't fall for this big company's scams. My mom had a skin renewal with a face lift. Our before and after picture say it all nothing work.

Great! My experience at the Gaithersburg location is always great. My tech today, I believe her was Lisa, was super sweet. She took her time and had so much patience with me. I appreciate her bedside manner and professionalism. I haven’t had a bad experience in this location yet. From the front desk to the techs. They are amazing.

This location as saved me from another that has cancelled me 3 times. The staff is super sweet and Christine was very knowledgeable. They were also able to schedule me within the recommended timeframe unlike my previous location and helped come to a resolution about my many cancelled appointments from the previous location as well. Would def recommend Gaithersburg!

Ideal image is the place that i get many treatments such as cool sculpting, fillers, and laser. They are very welcoming and kind. I am sooooo extremely pleased with my service. I had the cool sculpting done. I was a looking for a procedure that did not involve any surgery. I was not sure what to expect or if it would even work. I had my first procedure in October . The procedure itself is not painful at all. I literally slept the entire time. It was about four weeks after my first procedure I could feel and see a difference. Once I compared pictures I literally could not believe my results after only four weeks!!! You just have to patient and I also did change my eating habits for the best results. It has been just over six months and the change is incredible!!! Nicole has been the best!! She has been on this journey with me and made this experience so easy and fun!! She helped me pick just the perfect parts of my body to target to freeze off that stubborn fat. She’s amazing!! I highly recommend Nicole ,and cool sculpting to everyone I know.. I will definitely return for other services .

I just had my first laser hair removal session for my underarms. It went pretty fast and I barely felt anything. Nicole was awesome! She suggested I use the numbing cream (she ordered for me) if I couldn’t tolerate pain which I did. She also talked to me the whole time and it helped take my mind off of the procedure! Thanks Nicole!!!

I have never written a bad review but unfortunately I have to because I really don't want anyone to be in this position. WARNING: Here is what happens if your hair is not treatable for laser. They will sell you it and tell you "don't worry! If you purchase it now, they will refund you if you are untreatable". The technician are trained to do 2 treatments before deeming it untreatable. You then will be charged for those 2 treatments even though the laser does not work. This can go over $1,000 for this. They will not refund you and the process is pretty terrible. The manager unfortunately was very unhelpful and had little knowledge to how this process even works. The technicians are great but I DO NOT recommend. If fact, I was encouraged to write a review because they do not listen to these complaints by staff or otherwise.

I had been pleased but I am extremely disappointed in their scheduling process. Today they canceled my appointment the day before with no regard to my schedule and no opening for at least 2 weeks. They do have a provider available but they overbooked and could not accommodate my appointment which had been made in December. Although, they sent me a confirmation appointment on Monday and even today saying my appointment was on.

I love it here at Gaithersburg. My first experience of doing laser was so amazing. The staffs (Cecilia and co) are caring and loving,they work me through the process and i love the way my face is looking now. I have PCOS and my facial hair grow so crazy, however, i start the laser treatment, my face went from Nah to Yes. Thank you Ideal image. I love everyone 😘

Nicole is awesome! Very thorough and careful. She took her time to make sure I was comfortable and understood the procedure and after care steps for my laser treatment. She also made a point to acknowledge my darker skin tone and adjusted the laser accordingly. The first nurse I worked with did not do this. I will definitely be requesting her for all my future services!!

I love this place! The parking is easy and the staff is amazing. My person for my recent procedure was Nicole. I felt nervous and she makes me feel comfortable and at peace and answered all my questions. I would recommend this place to all my best friends.

This is for the company ideal image and not necessarily this location. This company will not work with you when it pertains to their contractual agreement. I received 6 of my 7 treatments...4 before covid and they would not extend my contract even though covid took a year and half off when no locations were open, constant cancelations and no availabilities. They didn't send me any offer of an extension or tell me when they opened that I could exend...I drove an hour only to be told I would need to pay $54 for a touch up. Do not expect understanding with this company or corporate. My wife's mother died from covid in 2020 and I'm sure they wouldn't even be empathetic to that fact and would have still not extend my contract to get the treatments I paid for. All they care about is the money and not great customer service.

I’m about half way through my laser hair removal treatment process and I can honestly say it’s life changing! I recommend it to everyone I speak with about it. It’s a painful process but the nurse practitioners at this location are amazing. I do my appointments with either Alisa or Christine and they’re both amazing! They make my appointments as comfortable as possible and make the time fly by. They truly want what is best for their patients and go the extra mile to help with any issues that you may have. Highly recommend either of them to do your treatments!

I chose to go to Ideal Image for laser hair removal because if the convenience of the location. I had my first appointment and was blown away by the location and the staff. My provider (Christine) did a great job explaining everything we were doing, making sure I was doing ok and also explained what to do after my appointment. Chinelo at the front desk was very friendly and helpful in scheduling my next adornments. Can’t wait to continue my treatments and see my results!

When I agreed and paid for my treatment that was exactly how I imagine it would be. Everyone is really nice, professional and they are dedicated to male sure you get what you came for. I will recommend to all of my friends. I transferred my treatment from Arundel Mills to Gaithersburg and it was the best decision ever. Cecilia was my nurse today and she did a great job!

Callled about one type of procedure and was told that I would need something different. That's fine but don't continue the process assuming that I know that the difference in pricing is thousands of dollars. I definitely didn't have to show anyone my abs, thighs, and butt! Truly ridiculous!

GREAT EXPERIENCE/LOCATION! So happy this location is open as I used to drive an hour to the Hanover location for laser hair removal (full face due to PCOS). Yaz at the front desk was very warm and friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in. She answered all my lame questions and explained details very well. Alisa was my tech and she is AMAZING--triple checking that not a single hair was left behind and taylored her She did a great job talking me through the procedure and having conversation to keep my mind from the "spicy" as she called it LOL! She moved quickly, but slowed down every now and then when i needed a moment. So grateful and appreciative to have this easy and speedy service available at my finger tips.

Update 4 months in. Christine is great, I highly recommend her. Communicates what she is doing. Makes sure I am comfortable. Always on time. My treatments are going well. I am super pleased. Yaz is very friendly and polite. A pleasure to chat with. Was super excited to start laser treatments for hair removal. It has been a month and still haven't had my 1st treatment. At my 1st scheduled appointment I was told I could not be seen because I didn't receive the online medical questionnaire. I rescheduled my appointment, however the night before I receive a phone call saying that my appointment is being cancelled. To avoid taking time off from work I requested a Saturday appointment. They offered to rebook at a location further away with poor parking options or wait another 2 to 3 weeks. I am extremely disappointed because I prepaid in full and was told that I couldn't get my money back unless I had a medical reason since they do have appointments. I paid for the service because I thought I could go on weekends and not interfere with my work schedule. I just wish people were forthcoming and honest in their business dealings.

Since doing my treatments with ideal imaging it's the best decision I have ever made my hairs on my face has improved tremendously. Every time I come into ideal image for laser hair removal, I am greeted with a happy voice and smile. Today I was greeted by Yaz, who was very pleasant and friendly. All of the wonderful women who have performed the laser hair removal have been nothing short of amazing. Today, Christine listened to my concerns and my life story. She was very informative and knowledgeable of how laser works and made me feel at ease. I truly recommend ideal image for your laser hair removal needs. Not only for the service but from just 6 sessions, I’ve already seen a 75% decrease of hair growth in the treated areas.

I bought a package of 3 ipl sessions several months ago. After buying the package found there were no available appointments for 3 months. 3 appointments were then set up. The first, in august went well. The second, in september was canceled by Ideal. They were unable to find a time to reschedule. I asked for a refund and they refused. I spoke supposedly to a manager who told me to keep my november appointment and they would cll me with a December appointment. I never heard from them again. If they have no one to do the ipl they need to refund me. Not sure where to turn for help So here I am again with the same problem. After the first review someone contacted me a promised she would make this right. She scheduled 2 appointments for me. Guess what. The first appointment she made went well. The second appt for December was Canceled. The staff person who called to cancel told me she was going to ask for some compensation for me, which of course did not happen. That person scheduled me another appointment for January 11. January 10 someone called and cancelled.. she promised a manager would call to help reschedule but I never heard from anyone. These IPL treatments are supposed to be done monthly for 3 months. Having one in august several months later is of no use. I will now file a complaint with BBB. Oh, by the way, they still refuse to refund me anything. Claim their policy is no refunds of any kind

This location was helpful, but the company all together is the worst!!!! I regret spending even a dollar doing laser hair removal. Even after treatments I continued to have hair growth. They did not give me all treatments needed, and when my contract expired, they would only give me one extra treatment. They said regardless of the fact that there were no center near me in California and the fact that things were shut down for COVID, the contract continued no matter what. This was the biggest waste of money, as I now have to pay $90 per "touch up" to cover what the over $4,000 treatment didn't. If you're thinking about laser hair removal, DON'T!!!!!!!!

Seems very credible, but the prices are outrageous and not customizable as I would like. Not all areas will need 12 months of treatments so it would be nice if that was adjusted and fit for purpose.

The employees at Ideal Image are wonderful! My experience was quick, easy and comfortable. The staff here worked to fit me into an earlier appointment than what I had schedule which was awesome!
