Friendly staff, clean space, efficient results!

I go Here, it's ok.. expect to wait months to get a appt.. also I purchased a bundle 4 syringes of filler and 100ml of Botox. Well when the Botox ran out I bought more.. they said if I wanted the sale price I had to pay 250 dollars, otherwise it's 15 per ml. I have spent alot of money, and to get discounts they charge you money that makes no sense to me. So I am gonna use my last syringe of filler and go somewhere else. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE.

Staff was attentive, thorough and knowledgeable. Center was immaculate. I felt well informed of the treatment I was receiving and guided through each step.

Had a really great consultation experience yesterday. Both Tim and the Katey I spoke with were super helpful and nice. It did get a bit confusing and all over the place with all the email docs sent to me, not knowing what to sign where and there but Katey through via Zoom chat helped me out a lot. Only thing now is I haven’t received a call (Katey yesterday mentioned that she was going to send it through to have the Attleboro site give me a call to schedule my first appointment) for scheduling. I’m assuming it must be due to covid-19, will wait till tomorrow and try to call myself, as I really would like to be able to start next week. UPDATE: 6/26 So It's been almost 2 weeks and never got a call for scheduling my first appointment. It's also confusing on the online site whether if they are still closed or open for service? I get Covid19 and how difficult it's been, but there should be a more clear cut answer for knowing if you are open or not, and if you are open about scheduling for an appointment. I've been on the wait line for about 20 minutes the first time, got someone who then redirected me to somewhere else only for it to be a dead end and for an automated message to tell me that I can't leave a voicemail cause it's full. So I'm kind of frustrated right now as I'm now having to call back, which I'm literally in the process of waiting and being on hold now, to do something as so easy as schedule an appointment. Not a really great first impression. Really praying and hoping I'm not being scammed cause I heard great things from this company. UPDATE 5/19 Sorry for the long wait, so long story short wow. I'm so glad this place is everything I hoped it would be. If you need facial hair removal this is the place to go as I had problems in that area. After two times of laser hair, I already noticed huge results. It literally changed my life around and so happy.

It can be a little hard to get a scheduler on the phone but I have seen amazing hair removal results in the first 2 sessions and the nurses I had both times were excellent. It was worth every penny to know they take care of tour needs especially since my pain tolerance is low!

I got my armpits lasered and I was literally in and out in ten minutes. Didn’t even hurt!

I paid for Ultherapy treatment 1300 in advance. My appointment was cancelled on me the first time because I could not confirm within the 2 hour window they gave me even though I knew when my appointment was and had every intention of keeping it. They rescheduled a month out, then cancelled on me again 2 days prior to the appointment stating that my appointment was mistakenly double booked. They gave me another appointment 2 months out from the one I had scheduled. I have been waiting for over a week to speak to the manager about this...no response.

After 6 weeks wait for my appointment they suggested that the treated area are bigger than what they expected and they will have to schedule a new appointment which will be at least after 6 - 8 weeks depending on availability of the treatment provider ! So to complete my treatment it may take me up to 4 months for just 2 session !!!

Front desk was very helpful! Chelsea is very fast and makes every service I have very comfortable.

So far I've done one treatment for both upper and lower body. I'm just amazed at the results of just one treatment, I've had a prior experience with Lazer hair removal elsewhere, and I did not get much of any results after completing all of the treatments, due to my darker complexion. With Ideal Image, after the first treatment I hardly have any growth under my armpits, lower legs, happy trail and bikini area. I noticed hair falling off and my skin is so smooth, I couldn't believe it. I am very satisfied with the quality, the service, and most importantly that I'm getting real results. Worth every penny!

The torture sessions are excruciating but, I am no longer growing hair in the areas being treated.

Samantha is absolutely phenomenal. She keeps communication with you the entire process and explains as she goes. She also continually checks to make sure you are comfortable. She takes her time to listen and address any concerns you may have. I was so impressed with my experience today I highly recommend Ideal Image in Attleboro with Samantha.

Someone called me, and then said he was going to transfer me to a consultant to have a Zoom meeting. When she picked up, she had no clue who she was talking to, and she had me on speaker which made for a bad connection. We never had a Zoom meeting. When I asked the price, she hesitated and then told me it was $1,000 dollars. I don’t know how she knew could figure out what I needed if she never even saw my face! I said, “thank you,” and she hung up on me! I was told the consultation would take approximately 30 minutes, and our phone call was over in about THREE minutes! Awful!!

I really like the last person that did my laser. She was very patient. I really liked her. I am very happy with my laser results. I can’t wait to it to be done but, as far as I am doing , I am happy. Best thing I ever did.

Rachael did my fillers she did my cheeks a month ago and today she did my lips. Rachael had everything ready for me because I work myself up and tend to hold my breathe during injections. My stress balls and Apple Juice were in reach. Rachael was there coaching me, keeping me breathing and she makes me look refreshed and young not like an old overdone plastic doll. She’s very professional, on time. I’m extremely happy with my results.

Kerri is the absolute BEST laser nurse there, hands down!!!! I have friends who come and I have had one other nurse.. we all will not see anyone but Kerri.. she made my Brazilian laser experience the best!!

I will never schedule any procedures at Ideal Image. I canceled my appointment but my American Express card was still charged. I have sent emails and called people, but I have NEVER received a response from anyone. I have filed a complaint with American Express and the charge is being disputed. It’s the worse customer service and really shoddy business.

I spoke with Ashley Kaplan, I can not express how grateful for her kindness, patience, intitive, empathy, knowledge, professionalism and humor. I have been so burned out, as so many are in the last 6 months. I am in a nurse and as much as I wanted to get into ideal image I had no energy to call, go thru the virtual chat,, I know pathetic !!, yet true!!! I just have nothing left. I finially made the call and Yes, the virtual chat with Ashley. She immediately made me comfortable with all the patience while I boggled the Zoom App, she put me at ease , it was the most effective, productive meeting and yet had the best time talking, laughing and getting all the things I wanted to get done, done,. Ashley made the whole ordeal not only easy but pleasant and comfortable, she addressed everything,. I cannot get a hold of anyone at this location to set up an appt that i have already put a down payment on. I was told by the Providence location that someone from their location would call me back . That was 2 weeks ago.

I did a consultation and it was very informative and pleasant. I enjoyed speaking with them and setting up a plan. She found me some great deals on Botox and fillers. Can’t wait to go for my appointment.

I felt very comfortable in the procedure that I was doing and Jason was great at explaining every step.

I asked not to have my time wasted but they couldn't have cared less! I told the person on the phone that I wanted to have a rough cost estimate before I committed to wasting a large portion of my day going to the office. She said people say its roughly what a monthly wax would be... That was a complete lie.There was ABSOLUTELY NO reason I had to physically come to the office. There was no physical assessment or anything. I just sat in an office and she printed generic prices off the computer. I felt very frustrated as I do not like being victimized by aggressive sales tactics. The information in the consult was not accurate. It is absolutely not true that you are the only ones who offer lasers that target the hair at the root. I'm sure they offer a great service, but I will never go with a company that doesn't have respect for my time, just so they can get you into the office.

WARNING!!!!!! This location is a trap, they will tell you everything you need to hear for a sale, they will not show you any documents before hand and they do not offer any refunds, since its office policy. Beware.

I just need to give a huge shout out to this company, and this locations. For YEARS I have dealt with being pale, but having very dark hair, especially facial. And as an early birthday present I was blessed with the opportunity of starting my laser hair removal journey, and these guys are AMAZING. Jason is the MVP for dealing with my nonsense during my session and Doreen was incredible explaining payment option, the process of everything, etc. and I can’t thank this company enough for giving me what I need to start building my confidence.

When scheduling my consult for 4pm today I was specifically told that I only have a 15 min window to be late and I asked them how long a consult usually runs because I had another appointment. I got there minutes BEFORE my schedule consult at 4pm and filled out 5 mins of paper work. I waited.. waited and waited till finally at 445 I couldn’t wait any longer. I politely told the receptionist I was leaving and she said the lady would be right with me in a minute but she told me that 45 minutes ago too so I said no sorry I have an appointment at 530 like I told you guys earlier and she looked at me like I had 10 heads or thought I was ridiculous but I’m sorry it’s totally unacceptable to make a customer wait 45 minutes for a scheduled consult... specially a new customer. My vet and doctor don’t make me wait that long. While waiting a customer literally started and finished a face service but she arrived right after me! If a business specifically states there’s a 15 min buffer to a customer then they should follow the same instructions, totally rude and careless. The customer is clearly not in their best interest

I tried CoolSculpting in April after having some excess fat cells I couldn’t take off at the gym so I did my research and went in for a consultation. After signing for the big “deal” that the sales manager offers to everyone, I booked an appointment and was in a few days later. Procedure was fairly easy, a little tingling but it depends on the patient. To this day, I haven’t received a phone call, email or any correspondence about CoolSculpting. The procedure had a reverse effect on me where my abdominal area was red and pulled out for 10 days and all that has gone away is the redness. I had a six pack that I was trying to get back which now seems impossible with my regular workouts and me.

I finally went in the other day for my consultation and first treatment and the staff here was all so welcoming and knowledgeable. I always have a million and one questions about everything and I felt they answered all of my questions and concerns perfectly. I already got my mother on board and wanting to come in for some treatments of her own and will be returning to finish my own treatments in the meantime. I am so happy with my results after just the first sitting!
