Update !!!!!!! As of June 15th I’m Always complaining about this place for sooo many reasons but because Iv paid in advance i have to go finish my treatments ……… BUT………… Today i was treated by David and had a whole differnt experience nice guy great bedside manor and great at he’s job .. Worst place ever!!!!!!!! Very disappointed in this place i wasn’t informed about not being able to wear fake tan when getting lazer which is a big part of my life is wearing tan and i want to cancel the lazer i sighned up for because of it and i feel Iv been treated very badly since the day i signed up i was getting constant call at the beginning but once i agreed to the lazer i couldn’t even get someone to answer the phone to make an appointment ..now they won’t let me cancel and are making me continue with payments for a service i will not be getting .I’m disgusted at this place ..why should i have to pay for a service i cannot get all because of being misinformed in the first place ..

The person I spoke with was very pleasant and very honest. Was not focused on just making a "sale". She actually alerted me to a condition that would have made their treatment plan not 100% effective. As a result, I was not able to sign up but certainly appreciate her professionalism and honesty.

This is Samia, I had David as my RN & he was AMAZING!!!! This is my 5th treatment in & it was the BEST experience I’ve had by far. He was so nice, quick, & his technique was so painless, I didn’t even have to use ice. Not to mention, he was very thorough! Please hire more staff like him, he’s awesome!

This place is scamming people. Absolutely do not sign up for a contract, they can't schedule you for at least 3 months out. They tell you to email them for help, but their customer support people just gaslight you the entire time. I'm not confident I'll ever receive what I paid for.

It’s honestly been terrible. I was told two weeks. Then not scheduled for 3 months, literally minutes after I paid thousands of dollars. The whole sales pitch made me cringe and raised red flags from the get go - I regret my experience and will make sure to tell literally everyone I know to

From the moment I walked in front desk was alert and polite. Got checked in quickly and in less then 5 minutes was in the room starting my procedure. Got lip fillers . I don’t remember her name but she is pregnant . And let me just say …. I LOVE HER . She made me feel very comfortable, kept asking how I was feeling and if everything was okay. I showed her my wish pic and she did just that ❤️

Lorraine was the best! She definitely deserves a raise. She did my lips and nasial with filler to perfection. Also, gave great advice about my next procedure. 10 out of 10!

This place is so unprofessional. No one ever answers the phone or responds to messages. They changed my appointment due to the “lasers being serviced” and told me I was rescheduled a different day. I have been calling daily for 2 weeks with no answer, and no appointment for my next service. I have filed a complaint with the bbb. The call center hangs up on me or just says “sorry, nothing we can do for you.” I am canceling my contract and requesting a refund, which I’m sure will be a nightmare as well. Horrible customer service for a place that provides expensive medpro services.

Love it ‼️ I just started getting laser hair removal so I'm excited to see the results in the long term. The staff at the Braintree location are so friendly and courteous to me. I love how they look out for me and want their customers to see the best results. They really do look out for their customers and their Health.

I had a laser hair appointment last week and when leaving asked to make an appointment for Botox. I know staffing has been tough for a lot of people, this location included. The soonest they could get me in was over a month out, but one of the staff overheard and offered to squeeze me in on the spot before his next appointment. Beyond offering on the spot, he could not have been more professional when asking what I was trying to accomplish and checking in throughout the injections.

I’ve been coming to the Ideal Image Braintree location for almost two years. The staff is kind, super efficient, and accommodating to costumers. The location is always clean and has a lot of parking too.

I have paid $6000 for treatments and can’t get an appointment ti even have the first treatment; each appointment made gets cancelled with short notice after rescheduling my own job to make the appointments work. Rescheduling with them is a nightmare because they never call back so it means additional time away from my job to remain on hold only to be told, “we’ll call you back”! They also don’t do refunds even if you paid $6000 via financing and credit card. Scam? Highly likely and now as I yell people my story I hear more horrific things about this place


Ideal Image Braintree is AMAZING! All of the staff is wonderful, from the girl who did the Zoom consult and set up my financing, and the receptionists who work the front desk, and all FIVE different laser techs I've had during my current laser journey 😊 Everyone is great!

Awful I signed up in January for The lazer hair removal package. I was promised a free BBL facial they canceled my appointment and told me they have no one to do it. Best of all the front desk girl told me they have no one to work there and she hoped the place closed . That was real comforting . I went to book my appointment for 6 weeks, which the girl who did my lazer hair removal said . They didn’t have any appointments for 8 weeks. I called customer service two times they blew me off. They sent me a email ,when I said I would like to cancel since they have no help . The email said your case was submitted per your request and that was it. Customer Service will give you bo answers, like the are so used to people complaining.this place is a scam. I will be taking this to Better Business Bureau. I also couldn’t believe all the complaints against them on there . You are taking people hard earned money and scamming them .you workers are even miserable . In the consultation they also lied to me about services . Who is running this company . You people should be ashamed of yourself

I’ve been doing hair laser therapy at this location. My third visit was today and by far the best experience I’ve had. David is gentle, trustworthy, friendly and has amazing distraction techniques! He even took time out to perform a consult on me after the treatment. Highly recommend David!

My consultation with Jennifer was great! She was very informative and not pushy at all. I felt she truly wanted to share information with me and allow me to make up my mind. She is the reason I will be purchasing the package later this month!

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! I have been going to Ideal Image for years, and always had great experiences. Due to moving, I had to relocate my services to this branch... In short, I had defective Botox and other services that they admitted was faulty. I was never reimbursed or simply credited for services (I'm not even asking for my money back), and have been calling requesting a supervisor to reach out to me since December (4+ months). I still have yet to get a call and they never answer their local phone. I definitely recommend Ideal Image, and still recommend it to my friends, but DO NOT go to this branch! They don't care about their clients and do not provide any level of customer service. After spending thousands of dollars on services without getting a simple call back, I am now considering legal actions.

After I did the consultation with Jessica, who was lovely, though I felt did not provide full transparency on how difficult it would be to get an appointment within a reasonable amount of time or at a facility near me. The closest facility is 40 miles away in two months! That is not acceptable and the consultant should have been more forthcoming.

I had a consultation in December and have not received an appointment or any communication from the company in over four months, every time I’ve tried to reach out they told me that there are no appointments available. I did have an appointment scheduled in February and when I showed up they told me it was canceled because the provider didn’t show up that day. They try to call me 20 minutes before hand as I was already driving to the appointment. And they were unable to book me another one saying that there are no appointments in the near future. I also paid upfront at the consultation so I can’t even use the money to go to another med spa… Very Disappointed.

I normally go to the ideal image in needham. Braintree just happened to be the closest one to me that week. The women that took care of me March 17th at my 1040am appt didn’t have me in the room for more than 5mins. And I left there looking the same way! I mean literally hair still there. I was thinking that maybe this treatment will show after a couple of days but no. And I’m have a trip to go to, I don’t feel like my best self and I wish I stuck to the same clinic… she didn’t take her time with me, and didn’t ask me any questions. It was terrible and I feel worst for not going with my gut instinct. I should of at least asked for someone that would have patience or known for giving good service!

Vicky is incredible ! I trust her with my laser hair removal and she does an amazing job. Thorough and efficient! Highly recommend


I had a conversation with an employee who told me I had five more sessions included in my package, and I asked her to make a note on my account so future appointments would know. When I arrived for my next scheduled appointment, I was told that I had no more sessions left in my pre-paid package and that I would need to begin paying. They were kind enough to comp the session when I explained what the last employee told me, and said a manager would get in contact with me for future sessions. No employee or manager has reached out since. I also have been through many sessions and am only seeing minimal reduction in hair on my treatment area (arms). I am not satisfied with inconsistences between what staff have told me concerning my plan, and I am definitely not satisfied with my results so far. It's disappointing to be promised a significant reduction in treatable hair, and then after so many sessions, have almost the same amount I started with. I feel a lot of time, money, and comfort (as sessions are not pain-free) has been wasted.

I met with Laura Kenney, NP and I have to say she is extremely professional. She cares about the customer and listens to their wants and needs. She made sure I felt comfortable and worked with me. I would highly recommend! UPDATE: As I've mentioned I adore Laura, but she is hard to book with as she is only in on Wednesday. I met with David last week and I must say he is the sweetest and nicest person who made me feel safe, secure and most importantly COMFORTABLE. David was efficient, and used talkerapy (Talk therapy) to take your mind of the "Spicy" zaps of the laser! David is originally based out of Newton, but I think he would be better in Braintree!

Shout out to David! This morning I had an appointment and what is usually an uncomfortable experience he made it easy, comfortable and felt so at ease. I am so pleased with the service I received today. Ideal image needs a David in every office!!!! Thank you David!!!!!

Do not waste your money at this place. It is over priced and they don't guarantee anything. I spent thousands. I did ultherapy. Didn't work. I had 5 BBL treatments. They burned half of my eyebrow off and wouldn't make it right. Didn't even bother to call me back. There are a lot of med spas. I wish I had read the reviews first. HUGE MISTAKE!!!

Techs weren't friendly and hair keep growing back after all of my sessions

Awful-Said I could get ultherapy as part of my free service-this was not true. Nurse was very nice however I can NEVER get an appointment. Worst money I ever spent becoming a VIP.

I am trying to cancel my services. I do not have the time. They did a case for me and I can't seem to get in touch with the lady in charge. I want to cancel. I have not made one appointment! I have not paid anything on the loan. The free product sent to me, I can give that back. I never opened it! I want to cancel and I want the funds sent back to Ally loans to wipe that loan since I will not be using the service. Why Is this so hard to do?

My first experience was great. As I was told growing up it hurts to be beautiful. The poison is momentary but the result is long lasting.

I did a virtual consultation because I was considering a new service as a returning client. I addressed my concerns with the representative about how I did a full set of hair removal in 3 different areas on my body but in all those areas a good amount of hair actively grows. The laser hair removal only worked about 60% and I still have to remove it weekly. I even went in for an extra session in one area and it is still the same issue. After explaining all of this the representative, she said everyone else has been successful and I am an “anomaly” multiple times to defend my concerns about moving forward with Ideal Image again. It made me lose a lot of trust and confidence in considering this place again because my concerns were dismissed and I was singled out as the only person with such an issue, which I find to be far away from the truth as I do not even have excessive body hair. The experience made me never want to trust the company again after the way they went about the conversation, instead of trying to help or offer some type of trial to see how it goes, just something to give me hope. Never again.

I was told 1 visit would be great, It didn't work, and when I called to explain my experience, I was told AFTER, " oh no you need at lease 2-3 visits, I today contacted the Atty Gen office, This practice is called " Bait & Switch", it's against the law

My Experience had been regrettable since the moment i signed my contract. This visit i was not even given the body bandage that helps shape you and prevents your clothes from cutting into your tender areas. Nor was i booked for my follow up to compare my before and after results. I took my own photos after my first visit and after my visit today and i am not seeing any results so i would assume a follow up would be necessary to ensure my treatment had any effect at all. The women sales rep who signed me up in the first place implied i would recieve my treatment right away in a town near where i live. We exchanged emails on how i was misled to believe this and that it was an ongoing issue when i had discussed my concerns about not getting my first appointment until almost 2 months after ive already started paying for my treatment... not only that but I'd be traveling an hour or more for my visit or I'd have to wait even longer. Then my appointment was moved even further out because doctors quit so the location was understaffed which is unfortunately not the clients fault or problem. These med spas have expressed a need for better staffing to accommodate the over abundance of new clients that these sales teams are signing up with the expectation of receiving their treatments right away. When i arrived to my first visit everything i had been told in my consultation where we determined how many cycles i needed and for what areas was not going to be what was being done. My service provider explained that contrary to what i was told i was not receiving my upper and lower abs and front and back flanks but rather only back flanks and lower abs. So i was already upset between waiting for bookings and being moved because of short staffing..now i wasn't even getting treatment on all the areas i had discussed before with the sales rep. If i knew what this whole experience was really going to be like i bbn would never have signed up. I am stuck paying for a service that i didn't even receive until long after i had already started paying for it and my appointments were difficult to come by .. i was misled and not even getting treatment on all the areas discussed... and upon leaving my second visit i was told different after care than when i left my first which confused me and then they let me leave all sore and tender with no wrapping . It was not a Med Spa experience. It felt like a corporatized money making gimmick. I hope after this second visit i see actual results because as of now i do not and i will expect compensation for such an exorbitant purchase.

My appointment was canceled even though I had confirmed it via text!

I had a flight delay that caused me to cancel my Nov 26th appointment, after which I called to reschedule. The customer service rep informed me that I would have to pay for future treatments, even though my treatments (5 areas) started late and were delayed because of COVID and staffing shortages after the closure. I told her that there should be a note on my account to state that additional treatments would be added, and she cut me off to say that the contract is time-bound not based on number of treatments. I asked for a supervisor, and she continued to restate the same thing. At this point I ask her to stop talking as she was activating my anxiety. I called back to leave a message requesting a call back from the manager and I haven't received a call back since even after leaving both voice and in person messages. I was definitely contemplating getting my legs done, but after this I will be advising everyone to stay FAR AWAY from this service unless this is rectified.

Horrendous. I am disappointed with your entire business. Every location. I have gone to has had an issue with appoinmets. From scheduling, which takes upto 3 months if you are lucky! Canceling without telling me. Booking the incorrect procedures, incorrect locations Also when I had to call to clarify what I wanted. to make sure there was not another issue. Lo and behold Saturday I came in... once again it was not booked correctly. I also know that the notes clearly said what procedures I wanted. I was told that there was not enough time! How is that my problem? Also had to wait 30 mins late and they still messed up. So half my morning was a waste! Don't waste your money or time. 12/17/21 to date no one has contacted me after I spoke to corporate and was told someone would contact me. So I have not got services or my money back. **BUYER BEWARE**

Amanda in the Braintree Location is hands down the best. She takes care of the clients so well and cares about my needs. The whole reason I keep coming back is because of her.

This company is a corporate machine based out of Florida. Everything from their generic responses to reviews to their performative “zoom consults” are a ploy to get your money. Once they have your money (and they make it as difficult as possible to issue a refund) you’re on your own as far as actually getting the services you’ve already paid for. Be prepared to wait weeks or months on end to receive services and possibly have to drive to multiple locations all over the state of MA or…you know…you can literally just go to one of the million Med spas around here and get the same services done for the same price in a relatively short period of time without the headache of dealing with a poorly run business.

Maggie was amazing! I was a little nervous as this was my first time getting laser hair removal and she totally picked up on that and remained super calm the whole time. Her energy and demeanor was exactly what I needed today and I look forward to my next appointment!

The sales part was AWFUL. The people answering the phones have no clue so it comes off as if they are scamming you. However, once I was in the office, the NP was wonderful. She explained everything and really doted on me. My rating is for the NP only.

I went on Saturday and my consultant was great..past appointments I have always had a awesome consultation BUT when I asked to see my pictures or a copy of my contract, no one was able to find it. Im being charged for touch ups when my contact states I’m a lifetime member and no cost to me for touch ups...I tried to find my copy. So I don’t know what happened to my old file...

When I arrived I was brought into the room within 5 minutes. The PA was extremely professional and explained the procedure in detail, and made me feel very comfortable about it. She checked on me frequently to make sure I was still comfortable. The experience was made so easy! Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful lhr experience with Maggie, she did an excellent job informing me about the procedure, giving me options for my comfort level, and checking in with me step-by-step! Just left my first appointment of laser hair removal and I’m telling you, if you are thinking of doing it, DO IT! I’m a big baby with pain and I was amazed at how tolerable the pain was. Cannot wait to come back for another treatment.
