Our nurses have been trained extensively on each one of the services here at Ideal Image. We offer Cool Sculpting, Laser Hair Removal, Ultherapy, Broad Band Light, we also offer injectables that include Botox, Juvéderm, and Restylane.

I went in for cool sculpting on my stomach area. I was rushed through the waiver process because my appointment was late in the day and was not verbally informed about the permanently disfiguring risks. After the procedure I was in severe pain for months and ended up with paradoxical adipose hyperplasia. My belly is 5x+ the size it used to be and it is PERMANENT. I am in emotional distress over this because I cannot afford liposuction. Before you get any procedures done here, DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH because they don't care if you know the risks. They just want your money. I regret ever having this procedure and would NOT do it again if I could go back and change my mind. Be happy with what God gave you before cosmetic procedures mess your body up! Do the healthy lifestyle thing instead because in the long run it's so much more worth it and there are NO risks involved.

I went in for my first treatment today, and saw Breanna. Originally I was a little nervous but she walked me through the process and made me feel a lot better. During the actual treatment she told step by step what she was doing and continuously made sure I was doing ok. This was the best first treatment I could have asked for and am excited to go back. Everyone there was so friendly, I’ll definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family who are interested!

It is so unfortunate as I've never received a treatment which was scheduled in February. I had to have spine surgery soI cancelled and my credit has been effected negatively because Fortiva has not received refund from Ideal Image. They dropped the ball in March when I filled out the paperwork as they requested and my credit score has dropped 100 points since. As of today I still have NO ANSWERS.

Had the best visit today. Technician was Ally and she was terrific. Not only explaining procedure but advised on future need- she rocked! And Ariel was great with my arrival not only assuring me check but assuring my follow up appointment was booked before I left.

There is not enough staff to run smoothly when one is out with covid or maternity leave. I waited 2 months for my first appointment. I was told the contract I signed would not let me cancel everything. I've scheduled ultherapy. After I scheduled I was told there's only 1 person that performs that and she won't be back from maternity leave for another month. The secretary said she's not even allowed to schedule me for ultherapy. I waited 45 minutes after I arrived to start my procedure. This company does not have the staff it needs to accept one more customer. It would be best to hire staff to fill in between the W$ and GSO offices when they are short staffed. Especially when the only person that can perform ultherapy is out for months on maternity leave.

So originally I requested botox and fillers (in February). They force you to do a consultation every time you want a treatment. So I do the consultation. The woman tells me that she doesnt think i should do botox, instead I should do Ultherapy. I was very nervous because I had a wedding in March and needed to look good. Well I go in and get some of my treatments done, but they cant schedule the other treatment for weeks. On top of that, the treatment doesnt work for at least a month! So I was not ready for the wedding and they completely ruined the way I looked at the wedding. Well, fast forward, I have to go back for a third time to get botox and fillers (like I asked the first time). The lady on the call told I only needed on unit in my lips. I told her, that in the past, I have needed at least 1.5-2 units. She ignored me and did one unit. Now, I am 2-3 weeks since my botox and filler and my filler isnt enough AGAIN. This is the 4th time I will have to go in to get this right! OH, and that WILDLY EXPENSIVE Ultherapy - didn't work, not even a little bit. I was talked into it and now I look hideous after paying a fortune! UPDATE: Had to pay to get my lips redone. Wildly unhappy with all results. Their own staff literally recommended other places it’s so bad. Not to mention, I DID CALL AND NO ONE CALLED ME BACK! I have never once gotten a call back when they promised. So no, I won’t be calling again, y’all can find my info and get in contact with me. Lazy business owner!

If you want a non judgmental experience and a welcoming staff that you can talk openly with about your insecurities and things you are most self conscious of, this is the place you need to be. Omowale performed my laser hair removal last week, she’s amazing. She was diligent in making sure she touched up all areas of need and was patient with the pain of a double pass! Terri Jo administered Botox and was the utmost professional and super clear about where she felt the injections were needed most. Her appointment was guided and swift, all while talking through what I wanted on my next visit and what I should read about in between. Ariel checked us in and by far the most relatable I’ve seen at their front desk. She was bubbly and welcoming upon entrance and supported my friend in getting her a quote and talking through treatment options while I was in the back. Also her lips looked fab! Won’t go anywhere else for any of my MedSpa needs, so thankful this crew is just right up the street from me, thank you ladies!!

This was by far a much better experience from my first visit. I can’t say that all the business dealings I’ve had with Ideal Image were great but my visit on May 10, 2022 with Terri Jo was wonderful. She was very professional, she explained everything in detail and made me feel very comfortable. She used aseptic techniques which I very much appreciated. My lips look great and I will be going back very soon to see her again.

Switched to this med spa in the hopes of better customer service/pricing/results and have pretty much been let down every step of the way. Signed up for the annual membership that comes with a free service. Have been trying to use this service for 6 months now and after having them cancel my appointment supposedly due to lack of staff I was told I was put on a waiting list. I've called and asked multiple times and was told they still didn't have anyone to do the service. I call again today to be told the offer expired and I could no longer use the free service lol. Obviously unacceptable as this is 100% on them, not my lack of trying to use it. I've also had several issues scheduling other services. It's quite ridiculous actually. Showing up for an appointment I repeatedly told the scheduler needed to be an hour long for a specific service I'm told they scheduled it as a consult instead. Only because the staff member was willing to literally give up part of her lunch break was I able to come back later that day to get it. I had also been told I could purchase the filler at the time of the appointment which is false as you must buy it in advance which would have resulted in the appointment being canceled also even if it had been the right appointment. I've tried to make follow up appointments after a service that must be done within 2 weeks and told I had to wait 2 months which renders the appointment useless. Again this was the schedulers error as I was later told they will always get you back within those two weeks. This resulted in wasting hundreds of dollars as the results were not good and needed adjustment. Once you miss the 2 week window you are stuck with those results until it's been 3 months. It seems like a huge cluster **** of untrained people making mistakes and wasting my time and money. I finally found someone there that did a great job and she's being relocated kind of far away so that's another problem unlessI want to drive farther which was one reason I left my last med spa. Overall, I'm annoyed and unhappy with Ideal Image and do not recommend them if you are already happy elsewhere. I'm just hoping it gets better soon or I'll be looking for other options in my area. Saving a few bucks is NOT worth it and the time and money already wasted negates anything I would have saved.

the staff is incredible but set up for failure due to understaffing and scheduling issues. I paid upfront for all my services and can never get an appointment. Love the staff but ideal image corporate or whoever is in charge has FAILED them.

My provider today was Omowalé and she is absolutely amazing! She is one of the best people here and if you happen to have her you will definitely be taken care of!

The main problem is that this place is understaffed. It seems like they take on more customers than they have staff to serve. Today, my nurse was an hour late and I was not informed ahead of my appointment that it would be starting an hour late. The receptionist put me on the phone with the manager, who was driving at the time and said she’d call me back about it when she gets to where she is going and can pull up my account, but she never did. This is not the first time something like this happened, and scheduling problems seems to be a pattern. e.g. in the past, my appointment got cancelled by then short notice without an opportunity to reschedule within a reasonable time period. When I try to reschedule, they usually don’t have anything open until 3 or 4 months later, or don’t have a schedule open at all for any appointment opportunities. This has been a really awful experience and I wouldn’t recommend ideal image (at least the Winston-Salem location) to anyone. I haven’t been offered anything to make up for their mess ups.

Unprofessional , they did not give me the treatment every 6 weeks as they were supposed to, they canceled my appointments on several occasions, they said they would call me and they did not, lousy service.

I have never felt more "scammed" than I do using Ideal Image. It has been a MESS since the first moment that I booked with the "professional" from California (you know, because it's impossible to talk to the LOCAL facility). She upsold me on a package that, in reality, isn't what I thought I was purchasing. I was talked into this "magnificent" VIP package- don't even go there. Making appointments is impossible. Cancelled appointment abound. It's just really unfortunate that this company is ran by people that are so unknowledgeable about the process/product which makes the individual facility look bad, when if you could just TALK TO THEM, things would be so much better. The people in the actual facility are kind, but the ins and outs of the business are so far removed from their hands that they're helpless and just left with angry clients, like myself. I will 100% never renew this VIP annual service and I will 100% never recommend Ideal Image to anyone. Save the headache. Go to an independent facility for your cool sculpting and laser hair removal. Even though they may cost a little more, the savings from Ideal Image is NOT worth the headache they (the CORPRATE OFFICES) create. The local clinics- their hands are tied.

So I was thrilled to start my LASER HAIR journey. I was able to get my service done by two of the nurse trainees and Mackayla as their trainer. I felt comfortable throughout the treatment. They told me step by step what to expect during treatment! It wasn't nearly as painful as I imagined. I'm so glad the nurses were so kind and informative. Can't wait for the results!!

I wanted them come through your Winston Salem location for some laser face and hand treatments and Botox. I got the packages I wanted, but there was 0 availability to schedule. Oh understood that you were booked up until the end of April, but it did expect to be scheduled in a “Friday set available “ in May. The scheduler told me she had nothing. Process was a total waste and f time

It was a very pleasant experience. The young lady that worked with me took her time and explained everything to me. Very kind. The receptionist was polite as well.

Disappointed in the lack of employees to perform the services I have already paid for. My appointments keep getting delayed and they are booked out 2 months. This in my opinion is unacceptable and the company should work to hire someone immediately in order to better serve their clients. This is the only reason I would not recommend laser hair removal.

I cannot say enough about the staff here. They were so patient, and thorough with the guests. They were able to tell me what to expect from start to finish. I could not think of a better place to receive future treatments.

While the services I am receiving are meeting expectations, I would not recommend Ideal Image based on the ongoing scheduling issues. In the last year I have only been able to get 4 appointments; at the time I purchased my laser hair removal package I was told that they anticipated that I would receive 10 treatments in the following 12 months. When I complained this week about the scheduling concerns I was told that I "should achieve results with 5 treatments". I am constantly calling the office to try to make appointments; this week I was told that there are no appointments available for the next two months and that they would not make an appointment for me further out. I understand the staffing concerns that Ideal Image (and all employers) is experiencing, however I feel that Ideal Image continues to sell packages when they do not have the capability to deliver on these treatments. Based on this experience I would highly discourage anyone from working with Ideal Image.

Breanne was a very supportive and goes to through process with a warm feeling. It did hurt on my upper lip but my chin, no pain. I would highly recommend anyone to Ideal Image!

Place is relaxing and people is very professional doing their actual laser hair removal, however appointments have been cancelled three times and left with a gap of 4 months in between appointments and we have been told that this does not affect treatment which is not true because that makes miss a period of hair growth that is when the treatment works. They canceled appointments and give us next appointment 2 months after, that was already scheduled in advance, and that is unacceptable in a type of treatment paid ahead and that needs timing. I am a physician and I know how laser treatment works. On the top you are trap in a contract where is impossible to go out, basically tying you to them to a treatment that needs to be restarted every appointment. Talked with them is worthless, no one does anything or takes responsibility hidden under a lie that 4-5 months between treatments does not affect the outcome. Really disappointed. NEW REVIEW PLEASE BE ADVISED! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM They did again the same. Last time (see my review in October) after my review, they contacted us, apologized, and gave TWO short appointments to cover the cancelled appointment. Now again the CANCELLED the scheduled appointment for last week and said they ‘were sorry but they had another provider quitting and the next appointment available was in April’. I contacted them by email, and THEY DID NOT ANSWER ME. Already treatments are not working, DUE THE LONG GAPS IN BETWEEN APPOINTMENTS ALL DUE TO THEIR CANCELLATIONS, and last time they ALSO BURNED the skin. We went for a second opinion to a medical office, and they advised us to stop the treatments AND START AGAIN. We lost complete the time (since 2020) and the money ($4000 +) because more than 4 times I tried to cancel the contract for breaches from their part and it is impossible. Front desk tells you they cannot transfer you with management, and they do not ANSWER the emails. PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM.

Sold me a package that wasn’t offered in my town. Told Brandi I could not use the products that you all offered. That I would be sticking with my products. She still sent me over $200 of worthless products. After weeks of trying to get someone to return my call. I finally got the package canceled but still had to pay over $200 for products I can’t use.

Breanna is a 10/10 provider who is extremely quick and efficient. She is still able to maintain communication with the client to ensure that maximum comfort continues throughout the treatment. There are a couple areas that were a little more sensitive than others… Breanna took it upon herself to notify me prior to reaching those areas so I could mentally prepare myself. Thus making it an even more enjoyable experience. Thank you. I can’t wait to see the finished results!!

after spending a ton of money on my procedures they are asking for more money after not finishing my procedures. However, in my situation, they canceled a lot of appointments and couldn't get me in for another few months due to my providers getting COVID. I guess there was no one else in the building to do my procedure?? So apparently my "contract expired" but they never followed up to let me know and it was terrible trying to get an appointment to begin with. Additionally, I had to cancel two appointments to take care of my sick grandfather who had sepsis and they left me no instruction or indication that my contract would expire with three or four sessions left. If I could leave a review for 0 I would bc my treatment for my underarms didn't even work. When they are partially to blame for canceling my appointments and putting me on standby appointments 2-3 months later, I think that should be taken into consideration when applying that to my contract.

I’ve been trying to contact someone about the case I have involving a refund for cool sculpting . I spoke to someone through chat and they gave me someone that wasn’t even handling my case and I don’t think they even existed. I left a message and I still haven’t heard anything. Customer service is terrible.

I have paid alot of money and my appts have been rescheduled and now cancelled because there is no one there to do this service. I have also sent a coworker there and she too had the same fate as well as very bad customer service on the phone when the scheduler called her and told her she had no idea why that appt was scheduled when there is no one to do it.

My provider is Breanna.. She has been the friendliest and the most caring I have had take care of me.. She is who I schedule with now for all of my appts. She really takes her time and assures that she has taken care of you completely. I am very pleased to be treated by her!

Omowale was my provider and she was AMAZING!!! I drive an hour and half just to see her!! I’m getting legs, arm pits, bikini, and more done and pays attention to ever single hair and detail! I’m still getting my laser hair removal treatments. The only down fall at this company (the one in Winston Salem) is every appointment seems I have to reschedule because of staffing and then I can’t get another appointment till a month later so that puts 12 weeks in between getting my treatments done and that delays when I’ll be done with my treatments. I originally was suppose to be done in May. Now September because one appointment I had to keep rescheduling due to staff reasons they said. And now I just have to reschedule my appointment that was suppose to be today because a nurse wasn’t going to be there and I couldn’t get another appointment till feb 1st. So if you do the math and I go every 8 weeks for my treatments I won’t be done till November because I only gave 5 treatments left I believe. This one was suppose to be my 5th treatment today.

Omowale was amazing! She is super knowledgeable and was very meticulous during my laser hair removal treatment. I appreciate her attention to detail and kind nature. She was a pleasure to work with and by far the best provider I’ve encountered at the Stratford Rd location! Will definitely ask for her to do all of my future treatments.

Staff was really nice and quick with the laser. I already recommended friends and family of mine to go on my first day. Honestly worth the money and it’s a good price. There’s also so many other stuff you could get done with a good price.

Scheduling is always a nightmare. They have moved every appointment I have had on the schedule. I had to wait an hour and a half for my last visit and today I showed up 15 minutes late (because I always have to wait long chunks of time) after they called and moved my original appointment again. For once they were running on time so that one's on me.l, but if I could have kept my original appointment time, I wouldn't have been scrambling for leftovers today. If I didn't have a package, I would just go back to my location that had a Dr. I'll burn this out and return, even though I pay more. Because they don't have a Dr in staff I had to convert one package to something different because without the Dr supervision, ai didn't qualify after I went through the pre-approval online and they do not refund. Ever.

Everyone is extremely nice. However, I am not pleased with the outcome of my botox. I was given a quote for treatment. The touchup cost quite a bit more and I still did not get the desired results. The touch up did help the crooked brow that the first treatment left me with but there is still a lot of movement there showing a deep wrinkle. Comparing with friends and family, they have not had issues with their wrinkle treatment that they get elsewhere. It honestly makes me question if Ideal Image is a good fit for me. Thank you, Angela

The worst experience, the first visit they acted badly, at the beginning they gave a price for the treatment and then they changed the price, they wanted to charge for the botox retouch even though I had extra money with them. Attach photos and judge for yourself. money lost for nothing, that happened to me for not believing in the reviews that spoke badly of the clinic. UPDATE: a month of having placed botox twice in the same month and it has completely disappeared, ladies make sure what you are injecting, the effect is supposed to be for 5 or 6 months, I did not have any effect since the first weeks, they are stealing blatantly

Love love love the staff at the Winston location. I was originally going to the Greensboro location and had so many issues. I decided to switch to the Winston location SO glad I did. Katie did a BBL treatment on my face and did a wonderful job she was VERY informative and made me feel so comfortable. She worked me in her schedule so she could do my fillers. she is the sweetest. I look forward to seeing her again. HIGHLY recommend booking with Katie you won’t regret it!! 😊
