- Our goal is bringing the most advanced laser hair removal technology, CoolSculpting, Ultherapy, and Injectables (Botox, Restylane, Juvederm, Kybella, Voluma, etc) to the area with an emphasis on providing exceptional customer service and patient care.

Totally misleading, no upfront pricing. Super wasted my and your time

It is always great experience at Ideal Image, staff always with a big smile and very helpful with any inquiry, I go to both North and South locations at Austin and at both locations the staff is awesome!!!

I was unhappy with the final result after my treatment plan, told the ladies that I wasn’t happy. I have the life time plan that allows you touch ups but appointments are booked out 2 months. The first time the guy I spoke to didn’t actually save my appointment in the system so I ended up waiting 2 months for nothing and when I finally got an appointment SOUTH because I was willing to drive all the way south for an earlier appointment they cancelled on me!

Do not spend your money on Ideal Image. They are pushy, their contract fine lines are misleading and predatory. They will change your schedule at a moment's notice (without you confirming) and then blame you for not showing up. Their customer service is atrocious and the "executive" team is useless. I spent thousands of dollars here, only for ideal image to change my appointments then when I go to reschedule, I'm told that my services have "expired." YES YA'LL -- THEY ACTUALLY EXPIRE. Never in any of the med spas I've gone to has an expiration on a service worth hundreds of dollars. And then there's ANOTHER catch: Once you've bought the package, they'll tell you it takes MONTHS to schedule even the simplest procedures. They overpromise, they're understaffed, and it's evident that their policies are extremely predatory. I only tried this place out because I'm new to Austin but I am very much regretting ever coming here. Update on 8.2.22-- They have NOT reached out to me as "response from the owner" states as below. And the number they left with ext 2 leads me to a Spanish speaking prompter asking me to hold for the receptionist. Then it takes me to a voicemail box that is full. What a joke. I've already opened a case with Ally and the BBB. Cancel my contract, Ideal Image.

Mable was AMAZING I had uneven lips and when I seen the results of the filler I was soooo happy the way it turned out. I love natural lips and she gave me the Perfect natural lip!

Great injectors, but a scammy business. I had several Zoom consultations with reps that don't know what they're talking about and are very aggressive with pushing packages and promotions. It takes months to schedule a simple appointment. Corporate policies and things that require issues to be bubbled up to 'executives' makes this place feel like a cheap department store. Go to Viva Day Spa --they've take very good care of customers and their spa is beautiful.

If I could give this rating zero stars, I would. My laser hair removal appointment was supposed to be my last in the contract. It was by far the worst session I've ever had. It was incredibly painful and when I told the nurse she continued and it was too late. I now have burn marks on my entire bikini and underarm area. It hurt so much I cried leaving the clinic and driving home. The nurse was obviously panicked and went over if it would blister or become exposed and what to apply. The nurse then told me she went higher in strength at the end of the session. Why wouldn't you warn or inform your patients?! I called and let the clinic know. For a service that it supposed to boost women's confidence I feel incredibly defeated and hurt. I can see the burn marks from where she specifically lasered, there are circles everywhere. It is so painful I can't even wear underwear. Showering in cool water was excruciating. I will never recommend this service or ideal image to anyone. Making appointments within my contract time during and after the peak of covid was a nightmare because they never had an appointment within the next 3-4 months, customer service has been horrible and now I'm actually hurt from my last appointment. I will never come back to an ideal image. I do not trust ideal image anymore.

I had a great experience during my visit today! The atmosphere was clean and inviting. The lady at the front desk was kind, informative and professional. My treatment with the medical professional was outstanding. She listened to my skin concerns and educated me accordingly. Loved it every step of the way. Can’t wait until my next BBL treatment!

Alyssa helped me with my membership sign up and she was amazing she took her time and she's very patient and she's a very good asset for you guys

During my experience they were very knowledgeable and took their time. She was patient with me to make my decision to go forth with using Sonobella and I love the interaction to communicate with with me.

This place is a scam. They are thieves. I called because o wanted fillers while on break last year for thanksgiving. She sold me on this package deal. The time came and they didn’t have any appointments available until this year supposedly then when that time came they had to cancel because they didn’t have “the people to do it”. The appointment for the “free gift” also canceled because they had no one to do it. The biggest scam of it all is they have already charged the credit account for all the services they haven’t even rendered and Keep saying they won’t refund. So I’m supposed to pay on the credit account and I will never ever go to there to get any services?! That is absurd. I have Emailed and Called and the executive client care specialist never answers and had not emailed me. I want my money back to the credit account and that’s it.

I enjoyed my consultation and excited to lose weight before employing the CoolSculpting service.

Very professional, very nice and friendly I like it very much every thing went perfectly.

When I signed my contract I was told that I would get 12 free sessions. It is very hard to get appointments from them. Every time I call they put me on hold for very long time. their mobile app does not work. I got only 4 sessions for 3200 dollars and they told me that your contract expired and you are considered fully treated you need to pay copay for touch ups.

Communication is horrible and the sales representative, “built my plan” without ever seeing the treatment area. A consultation over zoom is not an effective way to determine the amount of services needed and I recommend spending your money on a more quality experience.

I chose Ideal Image because it is a national franchisee. Recent moved to TX and disappointed in the reception & service at this location. After waiting a month, and poor reception when booking, I walked in today expecting service to be told my appt was cancelled with no notice. Heads up, even though a franchise, if you’re not from here TX requires specific healthcare requirements. You cannot book even a touch-up until you go thru the TX healthcare red-tape… good luck!

The WORST! Full of con artists who schedule appointments, cancel day before, or even reschedule you and you show up and whoops you aren’t on their books! I scheduled, got rescheduled, got cancelled on, calling to get rescheduled AGAIN and OH NO they said my contract was up. I’m not the only one this has happened to, it prompted me to leave this review in the first place. Out of so much money and I called and left messages after messages with the company trying to get the issue resolved but they called me one time in the middle of the work day with no extension or way to contact them. I’ve been on hold for half an hour every time, no one wants to help or cares. One appointment they said no one was working who could do it and they were booking into August (this was in April) I come in and they said the machine had a mishap and they would credit me another session because of the confusion. Staffing issues, poor customer service. No results, out thousands of dollars. Wouldn’t bring my worst enemy to a place like this. Businesses shouldn’t be run this way, it’s just wrong.

Friendly staff they all made me feel very comfortable. I loved that everything was explained to me from the beginning of the appointment till the end. I am looking forward to my next appointments.

Couldn't even get a price on what their cooltone costs because I got transferred to three people. Why is there a different number to take the call, a different number to do a consultation, a different number to schedule, and a different number to the med spa. Really weird and honestly not worth the hassle. A number that goes straight to the med spa so I can just get an answer from the med spa would be much much better. No thanks ✋

I have been coming here for years, but Louis has been by far my favorite! She makes an less-than-comfortable experience enjoyable with her positive energy and conversation! Every single time. I love her!!!

This is the worst experience from a service provider I’ve ever had.

So I got laser hair removal on my bikini area several years ago, so touch ups now are cheaper. I've been getting touch ups for a long time, once or twice a year. This last session was completely unacceptable. From my past experiences, when I say to remove everything, they are very thorough and it lasts months. This time, instead of full coverage lasering, it was a bunch of evenly spaced spots of lazered areas that looked like poka dots. Perhaps only 30% was actually lazered off. What's worse is it started growing back after 5 days. Extremely dissatisfied, but giving 3 stars for past experiences that were much more favorable. Probably won't be back to this location, as the technician did an extremely poor job.

UPDATE (5/17/22): I missed a phone call (my carrier marked it as spam) and had a message and email telling me they are not able to issue me a refund for the services not rendered, but that I could able that balance to other services they offer. I replied to the email that this was unacceptable and wanted someone to call me back - that was 5 days ago (3 business days). They also told me to come to them directly with concerns - likely so that my account would no longer show up on their Google reviews…yeah, that’s not going to happen. Especially since there are PLENTY of other reviewers complaining about the EXACT same issue. This is something that literally any prospective customer needs to be aware of before signing a contract or choosing Ideal Image for their aesthetic needs/wants. —————————————— I shared a negative review two months ago and I did have someone reach out to me in February after leaving my review, but that was literally the only attempt to contact me. My review detailed about my $10k CoolSculpting packaging “expiring” and being told I needed to either buy more and get 6 of my remaining 8 sessions “free” or to re-sign my contract but have to use all 8 in one session. When the receptionist spoke with the owner and said I wanted my money back for the unused sessions, he relayed that she (receptionist) needed to submit a ticket to customer care requesting a refund bc I had been canceled on and rescheduled over a dozen times due to providers not being available. I am STILL waiting to be contacted by customer support for my ~$2800 refund. Take my advice and find another provider for your aesthetic needs - they never have enough providers to actually perform the procedures they schedule (even if they tell you that NOW they have enough providers) and will never follow up with you if you actually need something!

This is a scam they need a class action law suite for not rendering services that people sign a contract for very dissatisfied and taking legal action with no refund

It’s very hard to get appointments and then I feel they sell you stuff without fully disclosing everything. I was sold stuff I didn’t need. Also they didn’t tell me how painful the procedure I had was going to be and didn’t prepare me. They could have let me know to take Advil before hand but nothing was told to me.

Waited months for appointment only to have it canceled 1 day in advance. Told they are now fully staffed but price went from 2450 to 3400 in 5 months. Really?

I really love coming here for my hair removal needs. They are so professional and friendly. The salon is immaculate. Regardless of the area Im having treated, they always make me feel comfortable in an otherwise uncomfortable or awkward situation. Highly recommend for anyone to use the Parmer location for their services!

This is so bizarre - I want to cancel my services and opened a case with them and Ideal image is holding my credit card money and I couldn’t even dispute the transaction as they make us sign a document - "it says even if you cancel services their is no need for ideal image to give your money back". Even with all this no one from ideal image reached out to me to ask any documents, its even hard to find a right person to talk about the case - they keep ending my call or just put me back in callers line. I did emailed them and yet you wont get any proper response. I wouldn’t recommend this at all. They just hold your 100's of dollars and never respond to you.

I came in for my first laser hair removal treatment today. I was so excited to get the process started! I waited for a few minutes, then I was told that I would need a medical evaluation by a virtual nurse practitioner. Upon learning I have a few keloids, the virtual practitioner told me I could not receive services. When I asked if I could be seen by someone in person to confirm this assessment, I was again left waiting until the resident nurse could come in. Upon seeing 1 keloid type bump on my upper arm, the nurse said I could not receive services. I am very disappointed at how this situation was handled. First, if keloids would make it impossible to receive treatment, this should have been a question on the intake forms…not after I had traveled across town during rush hour only to be turned away. Second, while the staff were polite, they were under-informed on how to move forward with me. I asked several questions and the main answer I got was “it’s policy.” They finally told me that I could get clearance from my dermatologist. However, they had no details or paperwork for this option. In order to resolve this issue, I would ask that you please put a clear section about keloids on the intake forms. That way clients can be informed of their options before the first appointment.

The women who work the front desk and the nurses are always so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They're diligent with COVID precautions (wearing masks, taking temps, keeping everything clean) and I feel safe there. I've been very happy with my experience every time I'm there.

I purchased a series of 3 bbl treatments last fall. When I was on the phone to make the purchase, I was told there was availability for my first appointment to be in October, just a week or two away. After I made the payment, I was told that the first available appointment was now in December. When I expressed surprise at this, I was told that there is a wait list and there’s “no way” I would have to wait that long and my December appointment would just be my second appointment. So I was discouraged from booking my second and third at that time. Imagine my surprise when I had to wait for that appointment because there were no openings. I scheduled my second appointment and again was told the next available was at the end of February over two months away. The woman at reception told me that they were hiring technicians and I would get a call as more openings became available. So, again, imagine my surprise when I received no call. During both of these wait times, I tried to contact the location and left messages only to be ignored. At my second appointment I was informed that I would not be able to use my third treatment because the pack was expiring before the next available appointment! When I asked if there was anything we could do for this, the receptionist said the manager would call me in the next day or two. This was several weeks ago and I have heard nothing. I understand that businesses get short staffed and scheduling is difficult. But I feel like I was ENTIRELY misinformed about availability just so I could fork over money for treatments that now I can’t finish? The lack of response is disappointing to say the least.

I was hesitant to post her name because people might request her and she won’t be available but Emilia deserves that I express how professional and patient she was throughout the whole treatment. Thank you so much. You rock Emilia!!

Wonderful I can’t believe how comfortable they make you feel

They are always wonderful! As a trans patient I love that they are also very inclusive and kind! Get work everytime and very efficient with time! I highly recommend to anyone reading this and I always reccommend them to friends and other trans people who are looking for these very helpful services!

Dimitri and team are wonderful! After only two visits, I’ve already had at least 50% hair loss. I’ve gone from having to shave daily, to once (maybe twice) per week!

Lois is such a wonderful tech! I showed up a bit late to my appointment and she was willing to get me in and complete all my services! I am having great results as well, and would absolutely recommend Ideal Image, and would recommend Lois for her services as well.

I had my 3rd session with Ideal Image today and I was with Dimitri at the Parmer location. He was excellent, fast, and efficient!

When I signed up and paid the membership fee, I was sold on the great schedule and weekend availability. Nobody mentioned in March that there was a wait lost for services until May. As soon as I found out [ from the preferred location], I asked for a full refund. They told me to call customer service and I did. It's been 2 weeks and no one has contacted me about this. I feel like if the person I had the consultation had told me there was a 2 month wait for services, I would have not signed up. While I wasn't lied to upfront. The omission is not very custermer service friendly. Please be aware of this when thinking of giving them money.

My laser lady Lois is the most friendly and kind person I could hope to find who is also quite skilled at zapping my face with amplified light. I’m quite nearly beard free and not having to shave every day has been the biggest blessing. Everyone else in the shop shares that common goal, to get you looking your best, and they work towards it together with a smile 😁

Amelia made it RIGHT! I was booked via zoom meeting and that woman gave me false information about pain levels and the time it would take. When I showed up unpirepared without having taking anything g for the pain, she put me at ease, my next appointment went better than great! Because the sales lady had duped me Amelia spoke to the boss and got me a freebie service, not only is she talented at her job, but an advocate for her clients, A TRUE GEM! Thanks again girl!

When I signed my contract last year, it stated a lifetime membership. Today was my last service and and wanted to add an additional area. I learned at I do not have a lifetime membership, and was offered no assistance in resolving the situation. Time to find all the documentation to prove something they should have resolved onsite.

I did struggle with scheduling the appointment at the corporate level. It took three months to get in for a new patient appointment. After many endless calls, begging to get in for appointment and threatening to cancel membership. They have an answering service that basically cannot make appointments until 3 or 4 months later and they can never get through to the office. But there was no hesitation in taking my credit card to charge forservices. It was hard to trust them and i felt wrong making payments towards services i had not even received with no appointment availability. Once i got in the door, the office staff was great! Chetna at the front desk was super helpful. She helped me schedule future appointments. Leah my nurse was patient and kind. Highly recommend this North austin location.
