 Jim Rush, Regional Director: Jim has lived in St. Louis, Missouri most of his life. He attended and graduated from Missouri State University December 1992, with a degree in Business Administration. Jim has have been a successful sales manger for the last 15 years, most recently with Fidelity Mortgage, were he was consistently ranked in the top two mangers company wide. Jim recently married his wife, Mikell, and they have three beautiful children: Kiki (cat) 12, Cameron 9, and Zoë 5. He spends most of his spare time with his family. For fun he loves to head to the mountains to go skiing. Jim came to Ideal Image on the recommendation of a friend and previous coworker, and has no regrets. The staff in all of his offices has made him feel very welcomed, and he believes they are the best in the company. Jim looks forward to making this the last stop in his career, and once again having the top region in the company!!!! |

 Kasey Silman, RN: Kasey has been with the Ideal Image team since January 2009. Before coming to Ideal Image she worked at St. John's Mercy on the MICU and MS-ICU for 2.5 years. She graduated from Southeast Missouri Hospital College of Nursing in Cape Girardeau, MO in 2006. Kasey lives in Edwardsville, IL with her boyfriend Ryan and her 18 year old cat Prissy. In her free time she enjoys shopping, cooking, reading, and hanging out with friends and family.
 Lindsay Bixler: Lindsay joined the Ideal Image team in August 2008. She graduated from Southeast Missouri State University in 2005 with a Bachelors degree in Child Development, and from Barnes-Jewish College of Nursing in 2007 with a Bachelors of Nursing. Before joining Ideal Image she worked at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in oncology. Lindsay lives in St. Louis with her husband Corey and their dog Murphy.
 Kim Conway, RN, BSN: Kim has had the pleasure of working with this great Ideal Image team since October 2007. She really enjoys the relationships she has developed with our guests and feels a sense of satisfaction as they achieve their desired results. She received her RN, BSN at Deaconess College of Nursing in St. Louis, and her previous experience was in acute care at the hospital. Kim has always had an interest in the cosmetic field and has really enjoyed the experiences here at Ideal Image. In her free time she enjoys her family (husband and 3 children), gardening and outdoor activities.

 Beth Donaldson, Lead Consultant: Beth Donaldson joined the Ideal Image family in February of 2008 and works at the Creve Coeur location. She grew up in St. Louis and attended college at Mizzou earning a biology degree with a minor in marketing and psychology. After college she moved to Chicago with her dog Tia and worked as the director of membership development for the largest regional chamber of commerce in the world. After a few years of enjoying a fabulous life in the windy city she decided it was time to come back home where her family and friends are. She loves working for Ideal Image and changing people's lives forever through building valuable relationships with our guests. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, taking Tia to the doggie park, entertaining, shopping and being spontaneous!
 Sandy Eller: Sandy Eller joined the Ideal Image family in Nov. 2006 at the Creve Coeur location. She started out in the call center and then "shifted" her way to the front office. One of her most exciting accomplishments was being one of the top revenue producers from bringing in web leads in 2007. She is a Notre Dame High school alum. She feels that the best part of her job is the everyday interaction with her co-workers and guests. When Sandy is not working she enjoys hanging out with her boyfriend and ALL her animals as well as watching all the projects her boyfriend does around their 100 year old home.
 Rachel Mosher: Rachel Mosher joined the Creve Coeur Ideal Image team in May of 2007. She is an alumni of Notre Dame High School and is currently pursuing a degree in business. Rachel also has her license in esthetics. She brings with her five years of retail management experience specializing in cosmetics and skin treatments. When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her fiancé, family, and friends.
 Bridget Foreman, Call Center Manager: Bridget joined the Creve Coeur Ideal Image team in December 2007, after being introduced to the company by a good friend. She was born and raised in St. Louis area and received her Bachelors Degree in Communications from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. She prides herself in making the guest feel comfortable by using her great sense of humor. Bridget enjoys rock climbing, shopping, traveling, and gossiping with her girlfriends. You can find Bridget at any local sporting event.
