St Patricks Day Cocktails

If St. Patrick’s Day is known for one thing, it’s green beer. But let’s get real, it’s really only fun because it’s green. This year, upgrade your drink of choice to something sophisticated, delicious, equally colorful and far more calorie-friendly. Read on for our favorite recipes.

The Shamrock Melon Martini

  • 3 oz. vodka
  • 1/2 oz. melon liqueur
  • 1/2 oz. triple sec

Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with crushed ice. Pour in your ingredients, shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a slice of orange. Sip, celebrate and enjoy!

Leprechaun Lemonade

  • 5 cucumber slices
  • 1/2 oz. light rum
  • 3/4 oz. lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz. simple syrup
  • Ice cubes

Place 5 cucumber slices in a cocktail shaker. To muddle, gently crush cucumber with the back of a spoon. Add rum, lemon juice, and Simple Syrup. Add ice cubes; cover and shake until very cold. Strain liquid into an ice-filled glass. If desired, garnish with additional cucumber slices.

Peachy Keen Pot of Gold

  • 1 1/2 oz. peach vodka
  • 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 oz. agave nectar
  • 8-10 mint leaves

Add ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and shake very well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with mint sprig.
