Robin was amazing! She really took care of me and made sure that I felt okay as the laser was going. And honeyyyy, it was going. All the staff were so kind and the office was so clean and modern.

I had a great consultant! She was very patient with me and explained all the products that are offered. She didn't try to up sale me any products and tried to accommodate my budget. I most definitely will be getting more services once I complete my treatment. 4 stars, because their pricing is a little high, LOL Robin my NP, was very very very good. She was very professional and explained the procedures from beginning to end. I'm only booking with Robin!!!!

The call center was unprofessional. The agent hang up on me as soon as I asked for membership details before I share my personal information. I dialed second time and received same cold sale pitch about membership. $250 membership price seems to be worth paying if you are in for a series of treatments. I decided to pay more but be treated nicely.

Thoughtful & friendly service i received from both experiences. At the front desk, Skye made sure all my questions were answered with patience and kidness and in the therapy room, Joanne took her time to explain and made sure i was comfortable before the process. Pain level for the ultherapy treatment, was okay (torable) for me. I'll do it again if i see results in six months from now.

Friendly and very informative staff. I am concerned though with the pricing of the package I purchased, I was told by the sales consultant that it "cost less" if bought the package for my chin and upper lip, I don't have chin hair, but when I arrived the staff on site seemed perplexed with why I was sold a package for a service I would never use? I'm hoping to speak with someone soon about this. How much is it for just upper lip laser service? Also I would like clarification for the lifetime guarantee, I was under the impression after a few months the hair would simply stop growing. I don't need laser hair removal anywhere else.
