EMMIE!! She is so sweet, caring, and a professional at what she does. She lasered me only once and I was so happy with the results. She makes you feel comfortable and really cares about your treatment. She is also very knowledgeable about laser hair removal and will educate you on what to do after treatment. Unfortunately, I never got this education at a different location I was going to. However, I highly recommend this location. The front desk is also very helpful and friendly. Thank you so much for a great experience!! I highly recommend this location for laser treatment. I give this location a 10 stars!

My main quarrel is the appointment availability. Why are you still adding new clients if you can barely schedule for what you have? I have PCOS so my appointments need to be every 6 weeks which can never happen consistently bc of availability which means my results are being impacted. I get it, everyone is suffering with staffing issues due to Covid but at the same time, something needs to give. Either be more competitive with your pay so you can keep your people or be realistic with your scheduling and how much new clients you can take on. I’m having my appointment done today, but there’s no a availability until December which is just absolutely ridiculous.

I’ve been their client for a while and this year has been the worst by far.. I called in November 2020 to schedule for touch up, that was scheduled for January. I got covid in January so had to reschedule, which then pushed me to Jun/July. i mean that’s enormous amount of time to wait. My July session didn’t produce much of the hair loss so I called to complain. Twice I was told that someone will call me to schedule assessment. Haven’t been called yet. They are saying I must have hormonal changes, which I don’t. Very expensive service for very poor customer service and results that are not what they have promised before you signed contract.. pretty disappointed..

Best hair removal place I’ve been to. They are the only place I would go to for hair removal. They have been great since I began my treatment years ago. I still come for touch-ups to make sure hair growth stays consistently minimal. I get my face/neck done with laser treatment. Best decision I’ve made.

Highly recommend Ideal Image! I started getting my treatments when I lived in Massachusetts then when I moved to Jacksonville. The ladies here are so sweet and it was an easy transition. They are very helpful and know what they are doing. This place is highly professional and clean. Yes it is an investment but totally worth it! I cannot express how much this has made my life easier. I am 6ft tall Spanish woman and shaving my legs was the worst. To not have to worry about shaving my legs everyday has me saving so much time and actually having smooth legs (no areas missed). I have done full Brazilian, full legs and underarms laser removed. I have been done with my treatments but I still go back like once a year for touch ups. My hair is barely there when it does grow back. No more itchy legs when I haven’t shaved in a few days. No letting it grow out so you can get it waxed. The prices look like a lot but trust me it’s worth it! INVEST IN YOURSELF!!

Alex Budd literally made my laugh lines disappear with 1 syringe of Juvederm filler. The best injectable experience I have ever had. I have been to a couple different plastic surgeons and had injectables over the years, this was by far the most caring and well executed injectable visit that I have ever had!! I’m glad I decided to give them a try because I will definitely not be going to anybody besides Alex from this point forward. The Jacksonville manager, Adelis is also an amazing and caring woman and made my visit very welcoming. Had it not been for her, I don’t know that I would have been as excited today! So thank you Alex for being the best injectable nurse practitioner that I have ever come across, hands down you are better than my plastic surgeon, and thank you for Adelis for running such an amazing place!!

Extremely bad experience with ideal image in Jax... Customer service is horrible, no greeting on arrival, waited 40 minutes to get treated with an appointment - no acknowledgement or apology for the wait.. Was told a manager would call me regarding questions i had regarding the touch up process never received a call. These folks only care about $$ and up-selling.. they do NOT care for their clients or their clients' experiences.. Don't waste your time or money here! There are extremely better laser hair places to go to without spending thousands of dollars for no results and horrible customer service.

I am a furry little woman who has been a client with Ideal Image for years. Before I found Ideal Image I tried permanent hair removal with a different company, which produced 0 results. I've gotten multiple areas treated with Ideal Image, and it did take many treatments (remember I'm fuzzy), but with visual improvements after each visit, I am very pleased. Some areas have completely stopped hair growth, and the newer areas I've began are showing great results already. The hair growth comes back thinner to none after treatment. I recommend for anyone whose had to deal with unwanted bothersome hair growth. It is well worth the money. For me...it was priceless. I had a lot of dark facial hair growth mostly above my lip, chin, jawline which isn't attractive at all 4 a female! Now I have much more confidence as I don't feel that I have to hide my face behind my hairdo. I've referred others as well even my daughter has started treatments in which she's just as pleased. And the staff is ALWAYS awesome! I have never had a bad or even mediocre experience here. Always extraordinary from the service they provide to the staff, location, cleanliness, décor...everything about this place, just a really cool vibe.

Ideal Image is the only choice I would make for hair removal. They have been wonderful since I began my treatment years ago, and their lifetime package makes it SO easy and convenient for touch-ups to make sure my hair growth stays consistently minimal/non-existent. I have course dark hair and getting my underarms done with laser treatment is the best decision I’ve ever made!

UPDATE: NO ONE EVER REACHED OUT, and it’s been over a week since they responded to my review. I’ve had my appointment forcibly rescheduled twice now due to Ideal Image having issues. The woman on the phone had absolutely zero remorse or care regarding this inconvenience and told that the next appointment isn’t available for 2 months out! They didn’t even have the courtesy to squeeze me in and tried to push me out like I didn’t already have an appointment. Absolutely ridiculous! I’m very disappointed in how I was treated. I’ve been trying to get an appointment since October 2020 for services that are supposed to be available at a “lifetime membership rate.” Some membership...

UPDATE: Once I posted the review below, I got a call from Ideal Image to come in for a follow up consult. I wish I can remember the name of the woman that called, but I appreciated the fact that I was reached out to! I came in for the consult and I’m not going to lie, my guns were blazing. Alex, who spoke with me, felt my vibe though and really did an amazing job of explaining things to me and she really came off as understanding where I was coming from and the frustration I had. I was not aware that I had an option to come in for a “re-evaluation” which is what I believe is in the works now. For the time being, I’m content. I will continue to come for “touch ups” and seeing how this re-evaluation will go for me. Over all I am pleased with Alex and my visit. However, I really think this should be discussed with patients in the very beginning so that they don’t end up like me—bitter at the service. Patients should also really need to be explained the contract that they sign so that they know what is available to them should they find themselves in my position. ORIGINAL: I had a laser hair removal service done here a few years ago and all the hair has come back. I have the perfect complexion (fair skin/dark hair), and it did not last AT ALL. Also, I remember some of the ladies not really knowing what to do. One accidentally lasered over a space that she wasn’t supposed to, which made me pretty nervous. I would just make sure you do your research long and hard before choosing this place because it is a lifelong commitment to pay them to keep up the services. I went back to waxing—less pain, too.

Pricing is kind of all over the place. I started treatment on my underarms in late 2016 and finished summer 2018. During that time they of course tried to upsell me on other packages and each time the price got more and more outrageous. My last treatment was May 2018. Here it is March 2021 and about a third of my underarm hair has come back. The fine print in the contract says it's hair REDUCTION, not removal, so good luck getting any kind of follow up if your hair does come back. I'd definitely go with a specialized more boutique mom-and-pop shop if I choose to do any hair removal in the future. They pay more attention to their equipment and technique and want you to be fully satisfied with your end result. The staff at Ideal Image is nice, but because it's a giant corporate franchise they don't have any skin in the game to make sure things go as they should.

These guys are a franchise location. They make up prices on the spot they judge each customer and create the pricing accordingly. Stay away from this location I recommend you go to anyone else besides this one. Be careful of the lady in the pricing department that works there she’s very slick and sly.

Promised hair removal is not completely true. (It is not cheap either )They told me that it is not guaranteed to remove all the facial hair, will reduce it. And it is my fault that I did not read the contract I signed on the first day which explains this detail. It is disappointing. I will look for another place to seek hair removal to completely get rid of facial hair. Waste of my time and investment.

I have been going to ideal image for over a year. The results are amazing! The staff is awesome and the treatments are quick! Horrible experience with Ideal Image... 1 they almost never answer the phone. 2 the laser machine they use does not work. 3. prices are outrageous compared to other laser hair places. 4. you have to wait 3-4 months for an appointment. 5. they do not call you back when you leave a message whether its a recording message or someone says "I will have someone call you back" it doesn't happen no one calls you back. complete waste of money - I went in blindly without doing research. don't make same mistake - do research and don't go to ideal image for any of your beauty needs 🙂 there are so many great places that are better and have better prices/results!

The employees who performed the laser hair removal I got were great, very professional and nice. They walked me through the whole process. I had an issue getting scheduled and getting in, so a manager actually spoke with me to resolve me issue. She was so professional and quick to solve the problem! I am super impressed by the customer service and problem solving skills.

Been an ideal image girl for the past 10 years- I’ve had my bikini and underarms done!!! Love that I’ve moved many different states the past years and have had no issues switching locations... whilst the results are permanent- I get a touch up every 2 years! Love the staff always- and never ever feel uncomfortable!! Also- unlike a smaller salon- ideal image isn’t just going to randomly shut down and close business.

Ideal image is great! I had hair removal on my face 5 years ago but recently had another child which cause the hair to regrow I called and no problem they immediately began treatment thanks to me getting the lifetime treatment. If you are Jax stop in and ask for Lydia she is the best!!

Y’all, Ideal Image is the real deal! I am (was!) a hairy beast before coming here! I had laser hair removal on my underarms, legs, and bikini area and can not believe how well is works! I used to shave once or twice a day to stay smooth. This has saved me time, hassle, razor burn, ingrown hairs, and even $$ on my water bill due to much shorter showers. They are so nice and professional, and I can not recommend them highly enough! Btw, it has been 4 years since my service - still good!!

Amazing first experience here at Ideal Image! Sonja was my consultant and she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions. Overall, great place! The staff is very professional. Due to COVID, the checking in process has changed causing intermittent delays. Checked in for my 1130 appointment at 1120. I didn’t actually get into the building until 12. Once inside, they take your temperature, give you hand sanitizer, and ask you a covid questionnaire. After that, I was in an out. Overall, great place!

If you want the best go to Ideal Image! Prior to coming here I tried other laser removal places and they were just a total waste of money. Best decision I've ever made was to come here. Bye bye razors and painful ingrowns.
