Ideal Image of Queens is an advanced medical spa that specializes in two of the most popular non-surgical cosmetic treatments available: Laser Hair Removal and CoolSculpting. We are the first Ideal Image location within the 5 NYC boroughs, conveniently located in Queensboro Plaza in Long Island City, Queens, only 700 feet from the subway station. Ideal Image has provided Laser Hair Removal Services to the NY area since 2008 from its Garden City location, and in 2011, expanded to serve Hauppauge as well. It is with great excitement that we introduce our 3rd location: Queens. We are grateful to our many valued clients who have prompted such phenomenal growth.

Had excellent results even after 1 session for my underarms. I was concerned about my medium dark skin but I did not have any discoloration or anything like that. Making appointment is super easy.

The staff is nice but the results DO NOT LAST. I’ve been a customer since 2019, and have completed all my treatments. Last session was in May and it’s currently September. I’ve had to shave 3x in those 3 months after 12 treatments were completed. I’ve paid thousands of dollars for a treatment that was unsuccessful, with a company that only cared about getting paid. Also my hair follicles are not thick, and I generally was not hairy and only did laser hair removal due to pure laziness and convince for my future self. I was definitely disappointed

Both technicians I’ve had are so lovely! I get 5 areas done and both ladies are quick and efficient to get it done and make me feel comfortable. Definitely a safe and wonderful space.

This location is great and the employees are so nice. Chleo is fantastic! The results have been awesome (I’m almost finished with a 16 month package). It definitely hurts in the moment but the pain goes away within seconds, and I think the results are totally worth it. I don’t have to shave or wax between sessions at all anymore (I’ve done 7 sessions now).

Expensive compared to other laser locations, but that’s because they use medical professionals for the work they do. The actual laser results have been nothing short of amazing, the customer service as well!

My experience thus far has been nothing short of amazing!! I have been doing laser hair removal and I have seen such amazing progress. They have carefully and skillfully treated my dark brown with care. I have seen the hair literally fall off and not regrow much after the first session. If you are having doubts and especially if you are worried about the care of your dark skin; this is the best place!!!

The staff were professional, fun, and thoughtful! Most of my hair was gone and barely returned after just ONE laser treatment! I’ve gone through the struggle of monthly Electrolysis treatments for just over a year and never achieved these results. 5/5 I would definitely recommend!

I paid 4,000 dollars for this service and it did not work well at all! They went months without answering the phone and I showed up for an appointment I had and the doors were locked and they were closed! This place is the worst and overcharges insanely. Find a less expensive place this is the worst. Biggest waste of money.

This experience was life changing! I highly recommend anyone who's interested in experiencing lazer hair removal. Cleo is a doll and so kind & patient and efficient! I’ve been wanting to do laser for forever but I’ve known friends who have done it and have complained about it not being effective and that was my initial reservation with laser hair removal but Ideal Image had completely taken cafe of all my worries. I saw results after even the first initial session. My underarm, bikini, and arm hair has grown in very lighter, finer, and even softer and that was only after session one. It’s a bit pricy but the deals are very good options to consider and look into. I also did cool sculpting and have lost so much fat in the areas I was really struggling to lose with traditional work out. Overall 10/10 would recommend!

If you are interested in CoolSculpting I would definitely recommend coming to Ideal Image. I had my free consultation on a Wednesday and was getting sculpted on Thursday. It's been 2 weeks since my treatment and I'm already seeing results. The staff is amazing, Jen is so sweet and will take great care of you. It's about two blocks from the Queensboro Plaza train stop so it's very easy to get to. I'm looking forward to returning for my follow up treatment.

IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone to answer the phone. Have been trying to contact them to just switch locations since it’s been such a horrible experience. But cannot even get anyone on the phone to transfer my chart. Definitely do not recommend this location

I have been trying to get in contact with Ideal Image Long Island City branch for 3 months without so much as a phone call back indicating opening status to my several messages. It’s very disheartening to know that the customers are so undervalued that they couldn’t be bothered to return a phone call.

Ideal Image is the best! I’ve been going here for years for laser hair removal and it’s been a great experience. They make you fee like you’re at a spa rather than a medical facility. This was my first time at this location and I couldn’t have had a better experience! The front desk was so kind and accommodating, offered me tea/coffee/water. Alex was my nurse and she was amazing, she was so sweet and very diligent. She paid close attention to detail and made sure my experience was a good one! Will definitely be my go to ideal image location here on out!!

horrible prices. Ridiculously rude sales associate Sherea. Do not go to this location. Their payment plans are comparable to Ponzi schemes and the results are not permanent. You’ll never see hairless areas. THE HAIR DO NOT GO AWAY FOREVER. The growth of hair reduces that’s it . They set you up for a lifetime membership that you have to pay for throughout your lifetime. Awfulll staff . They are like wild , angry and hungry dogs ready to attack you so let’s make sure that this cage gets closed

this place literally changed my life and my confidence. i have pcos so I get alot of unwanted hair. after just one treatment I saw less hair. I just did my 7th treatment. my hair is already gone. all the ladies at Ideal Image are so sweet and kind. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants laser hair removal.

Do not trust this company with your credit information . They ran my credit without my penrisssion after 6 months of my initial request . They don’t value your privacy and security . Please don’t provide any personal Information to them that they can exploit in your absence.

Ideal Image is the place to go for all your hair removal. It’s clean and the technicians are very warm and welcoming. I started out with this location and was so comfortable that I decided to signed up my daughter. She will not go anywhere else. So for a smooth legs, underarms, bikini or where ever that may be, Ideal Image is the place to go.

I absolutely love Ideal Image! The staff at this location are so friendly and sweet, the place is very chic and modern, and it’s extremely close to the N/W/7 so it’s really easy from Manhattan. I transferred here in the midst of my program from a location across the country- it was easy and I have no complaints. I haven’t used a razor in over a year and absolutely recommend Ideal Image for anyone who has the correct criteria for laser and wants the premier treatment!

This is the best place to go to for your coolsculpting needs. Yes there are many other places out there that does coolsculpting but ideal image is all medical professionals and it is by far the cleanest medical facility I've been to.

I have been coming to this location a little less than a year now since I moved from Florida to NJ and the staff here are great! They do a wonderful job of taking good care of me and making sure I am comfortable for every session! If being hair free with ideal image is your goal then I highly recommend this location! I can't say enough good things about this place. I went there for infos about coolsculpting when I met with the lovely Sharea, who was able to give me all the infos, and answer all my questions. I ended up going back the following day for a treatment. Christine, the nurse provider, is a real angel! she's very professional and extremely good at her job, and is a very kind person. the facility is very clean and relaxing, and full of thoughtful little snacks! I could not be happier with my experience with them. They are friendly yet professional and I would recommend them highly and with confidence.
